Hi mate, I like a size 1 or 2 hook. The weight will depend on the depth and flow of the water that you are fishing.

Here in the states those should catch plenty of fish. Flounder, sea trout, redfish/ red drum, snook, and lots more fish would hit them. You can put a bit of ProCure in the bag and they'd soak it up. But I like your idea of stretching it out and adding scent. Thanks for showing us. I'll check out your channel and see what else I can learn from Down Under. Cheers from North Carolina.

Sorry bud, I thought I replied already.
Weight will depend on flow and depth. I use either a 1 or 2 hook size with the 2.5" plastics.
