This game feels like a fight between knights who had to much to drink. I like it.

1:44 This was actually a common problem back in the medieval era, since Newton hadn’t invented gravity yet
Haha! Truly a brutal era. Bleeding had already been invented back then, but it wasn't very popular yet.
It was actually a very common defense mechanism of the time for knights to flee when they were outmatched that way.
Wow that first clip was clean, this game has a lot of potential

100% hope so too. Unreal Engine 5 works well enough on consoles so it's possible. Just needs decent gamepad controls, add mouse and keyboard support, and it'd be sweet.

whenever i play halfsword i get put in somewhere and like everything is black and i have to get wepons while people come at me tryna kill me
You've downloaded older "Abyss" demo (still awesome and worth playing now IMO). This is a newer playtest that you have to request access to and wait for. There should be an option on the store page to apply (near where you clicked to download the demo).

good video, how did you make it so you have full armor and npc barely has any ?
Thank you! The Brave Stand game type (4v1) is only available for the heavier classes and equips the NPC teams with lighter class loadouts for balance.

This is cool, i like how you can really see how you would be completely fucked as a levy / men at arms fighting someone in plate mail hahaha
This is the second highest tier of armor and the easiest to handle 4v1 IMO. It actually gets harder when you go to the heaviest armor because you get tired quick and it's harder to get up. The dudes with the pointy nail stick can bonk you good too, even in the heaviest gear.
