Your Hoya villas as little baby leaves will grow with time. They always start out as small little babies. I think they're adorable.

There used to be a video about spraying a Hoya Obovata once a day with Orchid Food Mist to get it to grow faster. I tried it and it worked great and my obovata put out tons of leaves. It would probably work with other kinds of hoya.

I’ve heard you’re not supposed to point the Hoya runners/vines downwards, that they’ll stop growing. I don’t know how true it is so maybe it’s why the latifolia isn’t growing anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just heard that, too, from Wildfern’s video I think! I immediately made it point upwards, haha 🙈 although it wasn’t growing before I trellised it anyway, so I honestly have no idea. I’m willing to try anything!

Do you Sunstressed your hoya like I have sunrise, rebecca, obscura, fitchii, elliptica, are just some of my sunstressed loving hoya. Come spring they will all go out to my greenhouse for the season. But I live in Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦 🍁 and my greenhouse we just put it up this fall so there is nothing in it right now. I hope that get more hoya in spring.

None of my hoya are really sunstressed yet, but I’d love for them to be!! I just need to make sure they’re exposed to more UV light, I think.
