I'm going back to Italy in a few weeks and you will catch me at aperitivo hour casually sipping on a glass of fine olive oil...😂 jokes aside I am also not a big drinker, if you would still like a drink that feels different and special while being non-alcoholic,may I suggest trying Chinotto or maybe Cedrata 😊 (fancy italian lemonades) - aperitivo is the best! Loved the white pants in the second look! This might be personal preference, but in the dolomites I personally would not wear a top this cropped, as the local's style always seems more on the conservative side. But definitively with you on the jewellery and the watch! We stayed at a rifugio at 3000m before hiking the glacier, and the hostess cooked dinner for us looking beautiful and glamourous wearing her silver cartier watch 😅
I was half-heartedly contemplating a trip to Italy but now I really feel like going. You should really get a scarf in that blue as it's perfect with your skin tone and hair. The outfits are great except (from visiting France) I wouldn't wear kitten heels with all the cobblestones. Thank you😊
Not sure the dark colours are right given the heatwave in Italy right now. When we walking in the Dolomites 4 weeks ago shorts and light coloured long-sleeved anti-sun shirts were the order of the day and a big hat.
Just back from a baking & parched Sardegna- I loved the evening atmosphere with la bella figura abounding and kids dancing and eating gelato at midnight. Dodging direct sunlight in narrow streets with funnelling breeze keeping it almost bearable in 41 degrees. What struck me was the wonderful confidence of the Italian women.
Lovely! I feel I have just had a mini-break to Italy and learned a bit more about wine and olive oil, also the Dolomite mountains. I loved the navy scarf on you Alyssa. I liked the navy and white outfit the best, and I have those basics in my wardrobe - just need a trip to my local charity shop to get myself a square silky scarf to add a simple touch of glam. Add my sunglasses and I will look very mysterious. The reason I like your channel is you take the basics that many of us have in our wardrobes and then play with accessories, which is where the magic really happens in an outfit.
Really a nice idea! I see that italian style and way of living are getting more and more famous and appreciated, but we are not perfect, anyway. May be we take it easy and enjoy life when possible. Buone vacanze in Italia! 🎉😊

Oh Wonderful. I just returned from Tuscany a couple of weeks ago and had a case of wines from the Moris Farms Vineyard sent to me. I love Italian wines! Loved the outfits too. I did not bring cool enough clothes initially and ended up shopping at an Italian underwear men's store? (Intimissi) in Sienna, haha! I bought linen pajama pants and a linen shirt. Men's clothes in Italy as so nice and the palette is more restrained but still interesting! Sometimes you just have to be creative!

Aw man I just got back! It was great though. Drank Merlot Bianco with a couple of meals in Lugano (Ticino) Switzerland and a dry Bonarda (rare dark red sparkling wine) with culatta in Crema, Italy. Also had spritz cocktails in both places. Of course a Franciacorta sparkling white to celebrate once too. I wore flowy yet tailored button up shirts and cotton pants that completely covered me but didn't touch my skin and it worked great, even with the heat wave.
