So there is no real reason for the Sixers to leave.

I live right across 76 and while I see the obvious positives from this, I also see a ton of negatives for being a South Philly local.
More traffic, more visitor parking in/around my neighborhood south of Oregon (which is already insane during Eagles games), more pollution, more crime, higher cost of living, etc.

Are you Implying that every man, woman and child that have been murdered, robbed or raped, was drunk or high? Then, your Kensington project, selected by your mayor as a high priority is much worse that what mayor Parker, and the police commissioner has shared with the public. Thank God you were not selected in that city for anything above sweeper. @@yvonneplant9434

Sooo, is nobody going to address where fans/visitors will park when there are 2 events going on at the same time??? This is easily taking away lots A,B,G,H. That's 4/10 lots in the Wells Fargo/XFINITY LIVE lot section.

There will be plenty of parking in the area within a 5 minute walk. The goal is to encourage the use of public transportation options which will also be getting upgraded. Should help with the commuter traffic and congestion issues over the long term

They Plan to connect the New Sports Complex to the Multi-Billion Dollar Frankford EL Extension that will run under the Roosevelt Blvd up to Neshaminy Mall. Any way to pander for money off the Federal Government.

The Sixers should have to cover all the costs of their new venue and all costs associated such as road work. AND they should have to pay a 10 BILLION dollar fee.
