I'm pretty sure that reason for the slow sniper is because it's an anti tank sniper, not for shooting infantry (high accuracy, high penetration, high power, slow fire rate)

The better way is to just UpperTorso:BreakJoints(). Changing character rig type is just the middle man to that.
