Black dusk definitely has to be stealth. The epilogue shows that Halycon had just found out that they’ve been infiltrated. If it was loud then it wouldn’t be a surprise to halycon that the freelancer was there and the base needed to go into lockdown after the bombs were planted

Sure they do the score, but technically so does harvey (i think), another thief. Additionally, epilogue doesnt make sense with doing black dusk loud, only stealth. Its the same operative all the wah through, so i think they picked a way and stuck with it, in this case it was stealth

Dedication happened AFTER lakehouse, but... In the lakehouse in loud, the phoenix operatives will try to kill you, which I don't really think they would do that to an operative of their own organization, so what happened probably is that before dedication, the freelancer was still with halcyon, but after they tried to kill him, the freelancer noticed that they SHOULD NOT be with halcyon, so they joined phoenix
The Freelancer had no other choice, they were betrayed once before Dedication, then twice after it. Since Halcyon wanted them dead, they had to repay Jackdaw for saving them by joining Pheonix.

I played all three games, entry point has some inspiration, i can see that, but notoriety is just a straight up scuffed copy, big bank, golden grin casino, mallcrasher, jewelry store that brick man confused with ukrainian job, shadow fucking raid, overkill weapon pack, the armor names, units, four stores, nightclub, art gallery, cloakers, dozers, you name it

Dedication happened AFTER lakehouse, but...
In the lakehouse in loud, the phoenix operatives will try to kill you, which I don't really think they would do that to an operative of their own organization, so what happened probably is that before dedication, the freelancer was still with halcyon, but after they tried to kill him, the freelancer noticed that they SHOULD NOT be with halcyon, so they joined phoenix
The Freelancer had no other choice, they were betrayed once before Dedication, then twice after it. Since Halcyon wanted them dead, they had to repay Jackdaw for saving them by joining Pheonix.
My opinion about the is stealth canon debate:
Blacksite: Loud
Financier: First half stealth then it goes loud when you knock out ryan
Deposit: Loud
Lakehouse: First half stealth but then steal cove arrives
Withdrawal: Loud
Scientist: Goes loud after freeing Rivera
The SCRS: Loud
Black Dusk: Loud
Payday has better graphics and (mostly) more polished movements, but with the story and actual game mechanics, ep takes the cake.

I totally love when i put on a mask, I don't holster my guns and bring a fucking assault rifle and shotgun to a silent mission. I also love how when i walk behind a guard he seems to have eyes on his back and detects me when he is looking at the front. In my opinion, every mission is canonically stealth except for the Score and Black Dusk.

There's still a chance for stealth to be canon. Remember the ??? mission in Halloween Hitlist 2020? The mission takes place in the construction site, the same place with The Score second part. I think about the ??? mission is actually The Freelancer's hell, the SWATs in the mission are the SWATs that The Freelancer killed in The Score. The Score is the only mission that can only be done in loud. I think Cish want us to understand that The Score is the only mission that The Freelancer killed someone. This is just my theory so don't scold me if you don't have the same opinion. My theory can actually be wrong because The Freelancer did loud in the The Freelancer tutorial mission. (Sorry if I have bad grammar)

i play payday 2 and ep and there are two things that makes ep easier.
Lack of bulldozers and cloakers
Both easily to avoid
that is in loud, but ep stealth is harder than notoriety and pd2 since its involves disguises and cameras and stuff

the rest of your points are valid though but only against notoriety, since im able to stealth the toughest stealth heist in notoriety on the highest difficulty but have only been able to do super easy stealth heists in pd2 on the highest diff. and ive only been able to barely complete the deposit on legend once in ep
