So this dialogue only occurs if you don't have the "Compromised" Status while doing this mission.

How do you get the sensor blue prints to get rid of the sensors for good?
You can look for Bank’s Blueprints by searching it in archives. Keep searching them till you find it. You’ll get a extra objective called “Sensor Shutdown”, Switch to that objective and follow the instructions. You’re required a silent drill to drill the marked sensor location to kill the sensors.
