Assalamualaikum shaykh. I have been suffering from chronic digestion issues for 4 years. First two years was manageable but after getting married my health took a rapid turn. My body is not digesting food well its like im allergic to every food. I go a week without having a bowel movement and severely blocked up. Ive lost rapid weight due to eating very little. If i eat more than one meal I vomit it out. Doctors said im fine, done a blood test and my inflammation level is 49 really high, it should be between 0to1 or 3 at most. My kidneys, my liver everything she said is fine? What can this be? I'm severely ill but i feel like doctors don't understand my issue. Also after getting married 3 months in my hair started to thin rapidly. Couldn't understand what was going on on. I experience twitching on my left arm frequently and sometimes my left eye and have bad frequent dreams. Also my wife states i twitch a lot during the night that it wakes her up. Can this be evil eye shaykh? Ive spent hundreds on supplements one after another and nothing works. I would appreciate it a lot if i can have a response. Jazakallah khairun

Assalaamu Alekum. Please i will like to know the ruling on bathing Ruqya water in the bathroom that goes into the drain. And also I will like to know if its acceptable in Islam to curse the person who inflicted the sihr on you.
