I understand what you are going through. My mom died of cancer ten years ago...she broke my heart. Therefore no man or anyone can break my heart because it is forever broken...
I appreciate your strength in removing yourself from a hazardous situation. I can relate to your experience as I, too, have an introverted personality and am currently dealing with similar issues. The insights you've shared are important and will be very helpful to me. I genuinely wish you the best in your journey and am grateful for your willingness to share your knowledge to help others.
You are LOVED Nastya! The only major problem I have now, is sleeping. It's very hard for me to fall asleep, because my mind won't shut off, I'm always thinking about SOMETHING. It first started happening in 2018. I went 6 months with hardly any sleep, then finally I started sleeping normally again. Now it's back, but not as bad as in 2018. I think I want to start on the carnivore diet, because 1) I now live in a place where everything is so much cheaper and better, than it was in the US. and 2) I want to feel stronger and healthier than I do at this moment. Thank You for all your Beautiful videos. 💖💖
I am part of an mental health organization in rural Scotland, your descriptions are amazing, they need to be in a doctors textbook, good luck my friend, huggs

Hey Nastya! I'm a 20 years old girl from Romania, I recently discovered your channel and I really appreciate that you show us the real life and it's struggles. You're a very good person with a good soul and an exceptional mother. Your mother is also such a sweet person. I wish you the best and continue with what you're doing 🩷
Thank you Nastya! I'm going through a really hard depression right now and am also needing to be in a different physical place. While I can't change that right now, this was a great reminder of what I can do in the mean time. Thank you for your videos. They make me feel so much less alone.
I'm a senior western man and I so identify with Nastya. However western men are taught to suppress our feelings and emotions. We feel and we hurt.Mental health is real for both sexes. And it is a world issue, not just a female issue.
I'm so happy about your progress. I know for me low vit. D levels also caused deep seasonal depression. Prayer and faith in God helps me a lot as well.
After 6 whole months of reading the Bible, I’ve finally finished it this week. God is real. And he loves us so much. I used to be an atheist, but now that the Bible and the Holy Spirit have taught me who God is, I’ve given my life completely to God. He is love and wisdom everlasting!! 🥰
So glad you are feeling better. Maybe Vitamin D might help in those cold dark winters 30:02 ! Seasonal issues are real and can mess with your mental stability.
Thank you for being so open about this. I’ve struggled before with extreme anxiety, it was after a very hard year. I was dealing with some paranormal activity as well. Ultimately I credit God for rescuing me. When it was really bad I (then a non-believer) cried out ‘Jesus, give me calm!’ and in an instant felt immersed in the greatest love imaginable. I need to sit down and make a testimony vid but am not comfortable with the camera yet😅 Now if I’m worried or anxious I pray that I can’t do it in my own power, and for God to help me with his power, and I get this strength and joy. Life is not easy, and emotions come and go.
Hello from Georgia, USA ❤ I just recently discovered your channel and have found your journey so inspirational. Because of you, I resolved this year to change my diet and start prioritizing my health. You are such a lovely person! Thank you for the gift of your channel 🥰
Nastya I see myself a lot in you and your story. I also lost my dear father at just 17 years old, the difference is that in my family he was the affectionate parent, and my mother was the detached and problematic one. The emotional and economic tsunami that hit my family after this event has in a certain way extinguished my dreams for the future. This fact, and a certain personal predisposition, led me to suffer a lot, especially in the late adolescence and post-adolescence period, that is, from around the age of 17 to 26. I experienced moments of very deep depression that I unfortunately tried to self-medicate, this led me to addictions (not drugs) which obviously made the situation worse. Meeting my husband was probably my salvation, but then I also understood that well-being can only be found by working on oneself: eating well, resting, avoiding addictive habits, exercising, reading, dedicating oneself to a pleasant hobby, cultivating relationships that make us happy, and above all don't force yourself to do things you don't want to do just because in others people's eyes they are the right and natural thing to do. I'm better now but it's always a process, a dayling test, and in a certain way I envy you because (as I also wrote to you in a previous comment) having a loved and safe place to return to is not a fortune that everyone has, and it's something I've often dreamed of having for myself. By saying this I absolutely don't want to belittle your vicissitudes and suffering, far from it! Mine is a wish for lasting happiness and serenity for your future! A hug from Italy! Silvia

Oh, thank you for this post. Many of us need to hear these words. I've been there too, literally bingeing on everything. And sugar and sweets can be really triggering, even fruit. Looking back, I realized I was living in eternal anxiety. I think the more you work on it, the more aware you become of your thoughts and actions and the healing path stops being so tortuous. Our body is so noble, it endures so much...
You are precious!!! I so identify with your story. I struggle with diet. I have a long story - basically food is a battle in our family. One son has been sick his whole life with seizures and fainting ( his autonomic system doesn't work) and he can't eat a lot of foods. His blood sugar is hard to control and his blood pressure. So, my husband and I have so much stress we produce to much cortisol, which secretes sugar into the blood stream and makes us pre-diabetic. I spent yrs researching and working with even scientists to try to find answers for us all, and we tried all kinds of diets. Keto nearly killed my sick son, but my husband and I do well on low carb. Trying to eat just healthy. I mess up sometimes, but pain drives me to behave longer and longer. I have autoimmune conditions, too. If I want to sleep I have to eat right!! You are truly an amazing young lady. To have lived so far away from all that was familiar for so long and then find your way back home during so much unrest took courage!! Your boys are blessed to have a mom like you. i love your videos and seeing what it is like to live where you do. I live in Indiana, USA. I am old enough to be your mom, but you encourage me in your health journey and remind me to continue to be hopeful in all of my challenges. I hope you continue to enjoy making videos - they are so fun to watch.
Have u done personal research on intermittent fasting for kids? It helps the cells reset and repair themselves without interference of drugs. It might help.
@@YugenLife I know how helpful it is for many, but he can't go without eating for more than 2.5 to 3 hrs without seizing and/or fainting. I appreciate your trying to help!! Thank you.
Hello Nastya, i live actually in Germany. But i‘m from croatia. I love to watch your videos. They give me inner peace and i don‘t know how, but they slow down my live while i‘m watching. Just go on!! I love your Videos!
I want to thank you for this video Nastya. My granddaughter has anxiety and it's hard to understand if you've never had it. It's awful!! I just called her mom to talk to her about a concern I had. So this encouraged me to do that. Thank you. God bless you!
Absolutely love and adore your videos Nastya. If you ever visit Sweden I loved to meet and show you around. I'm also a single mother of 1. And I'm born In Sweden but my parents are originally from west Africa called Senegal. My son's father is Swedish, I know the feeling of wanting to leave a city or place, but you can't because of the childs father. You are so strong and I'm so happy you feel better now 🥰🤩.

My mother was also a single mother and like you, she also migrated from one Nation to another, with her two children in tow. I empathise with your situation and I find your story very familiar for myself and my upbringing, except from the point of view of the child. Like your two sons. Except it was my Sister and I. Unlike you, my mother was a Single Samoan Mother migrant from Samoa, to New Zealand, then to Australia. Three countries she lived in her life. Youre Russian, and youre woman and the Western World especially Europe are basically at war with your Nation. I think your panic attack should not be considered a particularly unique problem for you, in particular. Great to hear your Testimony on the RUclips Confessional booth. It is all kept in confidence in RUclips World. RUclips world empathises with you. All the best, and thank you for your candid speech.
Nastya, thank you for sharing your story. You show much wisdom and kindness by taking the time to share. I love your channel. Sending love and prayers for your continued recovery.
You are an incredible being Nastya, Thank you for your vulnerability, for sharing your light, your love and your story to support all of us. I recognize wisdom and authenticity when I hear it and see it, and I hope you continue to share your light with all of us. Thank you soul sister 💛🙏
Nastya, im so glad 😊 that you feel better from this stuff.❤ I love 💘 your videos.I think Russia is beautiful. Your foods look amazing. Very healthy and delicious looking. Stay happy girlie.😊
My own life has so many parallels to yours! One difference is that I don't have children -- but I was still trapped, as I had no home to go to until I found my mother again (after many years). I am currently housebound but we are moving back to the woods where we're from -- much like you and your ancestral women. I am hoping for a similar result -- to feel safer in a world that I understand and love. I may not go into town much at first but I will be able to explore the forest like I used to instead of living online. Baby steps! I don't have panic attacks but my mother does (we both suffer from PTSD) and I've already passed along a couple of your tips to her. We're going to try them together next time she has trouble. Perhaps if she realizes I'm there for her, like your mother is for you, her attacks will become fewer. She is already 76 and now that I have her back I want her to live as long as possible. I'm so grateful that your sons' fathers allowed you to go home! Children desperately need to grow up in a stable environment. The world will teach them how to be men soon enough, but they need women to teach them how to be *good* men. Many women sacrifice themselves to abuse instead of leaving for the sake of their children; this teaches boys that it's okay to hurt their loved ones. Your boys are going to see that you didn't allow men to be abuse and you left them. It's exactly what they needed to see. I know I'm no one on the other side of the world, but still I am so proud of you Nastya! I do hope you're right and that your ex-partner has learned from his mistakes. Thank you for being so brave and telling your story.
It is amazing how you have changed positively your way of life. It is admitable. You have said you like Latin American music, I would like to recomend Carlos Vives, a Colombian singer, born in the Caribbean side of the country. He sings Vallenatos, a lovely rhythm. Keep up the good work and a big hug to your mother, grandmother and both boys from Santiago de Chile. ❤❤❤
Hi Nastya Thank you for Sharing with your incredible story with us i know how difficult it is to deal with depression and Anxiety as i have dealt with it a long time ago when i was a student at the university and surprisingly my story is almost like yours i moved back to my home town to my family after graduating, And it was a healing experience for me as i felt the love and warmth of my family also i felt safe and all my anxiety and depression was gone. Thank you for making these videos i watched one of your videos a month ago just out of curiosity back then you only had a few subscribers and a few videos, But i got so hooked and i've been waiting for your videos to drop. Sending lots of good vibes your way please keep doing these videos 🫶
I’m glad you’re on the path to healing!! I’m cheering hard for you!! And I’m praying for you. You got this girl! 🥰 I have a very similar story. Violent childhood trauma, anxiety from stressful work, really bad diet, bad abusive relationships. Friends didn’t help either as they just egged me further on the destructive path. Thankfully, my healing began with MUSIC! I was so happy when you said you love to sing!! 🥰 And I also changed my friends. And changed my diet: whole foods work better for my intestines, I cannot digest meat well. I also learned to be more self-aware. Growing up with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), I never really learned how to regulate my emotions, even into adulthood. So that was something I had to learn. Carl Jung books helped me on learning about mental health. I got better for a time, but I decided that if I want the results to be permanent, I needed a complete change of environment. So, just like you, I moved back home!! 🥰 I didn’t have any family to take care of me so I lived alone. I had to make new friends. I had to make a new daily routine, new goals, new job. Unfortunately, all my dark days caught up with me again. All my traumas and ACEs were my daily visitors. And this time, it was worse. So I started seeing doctors and taking medication. Every day I would spend all my waking hours crying and wanting to d!3. I was thinking that, if I’ve changed my life so much, but these dark things still keep following me, then what was the point of living? One day I couldn’t take it anymore and just cried out “why have you forsaken me?” Whoever was out there who could hear me, I guess he did hear me because that same night, I dreamed I was in a white room with Jesus and the devil (who btw was a YT influencer in my dream 😂). The next few days, my anxiety and panic attacks completely disappeared. My mind, which was always loud with dark thoughts, was more silent and more peaceful than before when I moved back home. I didn’t know why. I grew up in a Christian household, but I’ve been an atheist for a long as I can remember. So that day, I decided “If you could hear me and give me the very peace I need and put an end to the dark thoughts that keep following me, then I want to know you. Who are you?” So I figured, the one place I could really get to know who God is is through the Bible. For the next few months, I read it day and night, and it was very much unlike what I thought it would be!!! I always had this idea that “Oh this book is too boring and they always want to control you.” But I couldn’t have been more wrong!! By the grace of the True Living God who created me in his image, I have finally finished reading the Bible up to the last page!! Just this week. And now that I know the true nature of God, his likes and dislikes, what he hates, what he loves, his character, how he handles situations, etc… the world looks like a very different place! Every day feels brighter. He told me that I need to forgive all those who have hurt me. That felt impossible. How do u forgive and forget deep trauma? But God helped me do it. And now that I’ve done it, I look back and realise that it was that anger I’ve held onto all my life that was the centre of all my bad decisions in life. Once I let go of the anger and forgave, I felt God’s perfect peace. Though my path through life will be even more difficult from now on, I know now that I am spiritually attached to the vine of God’s endless love and wisdom. And nothing / no one is more powerful than he who created everything in the universe. 🥰 I’m so glad you’ve made so much progress in your healing. I’ll be praying and rooting for you!! 🥰
This was beautiful! Going through health challenges and this really help! It resonates so much with what I am struggling at the moment. ❤ thank you for this
I’ve recently found your you-tube channel, I’m trying to watch as many as I can to catch up. You’re doing a wonderful job. Your honesty and strength in starting over is commendable. I’m happy you are getting better. Your every day videos are relaxing to watch before I go to bed. Big Hugs from USA Michigan Best Wishes, Amy
Thank you for sharing your story and tips. 10 - 15 minutes of exercise a day helps me with stress and anxiety. Also being out in nature or gardening, which I don't do often enough. I agree diet and breathing play a part in mental health. I also struggle with meditation but i like to focus on my breath and stretch my body.😊
Hi ya. Great vlog. I do similar stuff to you. Low carbs, eggs and chicken, with stir fry veg. Live in the UK, so indoor exercise with an exercise extra bike , and some dumbbells are ideal for me, because sometimes so rainy outside. Do like walking too, when the weather is good. Obviously, doesn't get as cold as Siberia here. ;-) My son lives in Finland, so don't see him as much as I would like. As long as he's happy happy. He's a little worried with the current military situation though. So glad you're getting there, mentally, and physically. For your sake, and the kids. Thanks so much for the video. Best of luck, and love, to you and your family. Take care. P.S. I do 3, 4, 5. Breath in for 3 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breath out for 5 seconds. Have a great week.
Thank you for all the videos you put out for us to see!! I love your energy, calmness, realistic and cozy details that motivate me to enjoy my life a little bit more! Sending love to you and your family from Belgrade, Serbia!
I’ve never had someone describe the disintegration of reality part of a panic attack like you did. That’s EXACTLY how I experience panic attacks! The sheer terror is crippling. The unraveling of reality and the becoming nothing is my primary symptom. I have worked through mine, and rarely have them anymore. When I do start to feel that feeling coming on, I am usually able to talk myself out of it pretty quickly. But NOBODY has ever described what I feel when I have them before. I thought I was the only one. ❤Thank you so much.
Love your content and energy. I have to say I agree with the simple act of caring for yourself can definitely help on that path to healing. Find out what you need and work towards it! We all have the ability to heal.. but you have to do the work. It will not come easy but it will come. Thank you Nastya for sharing your story, advice and wisdom.. Sending love. 💗
Years ago I cut back on caffeine... and recently I started taking a regular daily vitamin and magnesium glycinate ... just 50mg.. I cut the pill in half to get this dosage... Really helps and makes a difference..Thank you Nastya for sharing to help others💗Greetings from Pittsburgh,PA
Thank you, Nastya for sharing your story. It's always so helpful to learn what struggles people have in the hopes it can help someone else. You are very inspiring!
Thanks for your honesty! I have had panic attacks a few times and I think you described them very well. It must have been so hard to be in a different country from your family! I am sure your mother is a lot happier that you are closer as well.
Your symptoms are very similar to what I have been experiencing. I also find a very low carb diet very beneficial. I am 60 years, but will still have to work for many, many years, so your tips are very useful. I also start eating convenience foods due to tiredness and it becomes a vicious circle. Thank you for your honesty. 😊
Hi Nastya❤I lived with anxiety and depression for most of my life and it is debilitating. I’ve tried meditation which gives you side effects which makes it worse so I stopped taking them. Hearing your story is helpful to know others are feeling the same way. We are in charge of are own health to try to be healthy in what we eat and exercise. But it does effect your life to feel this way in many ways. Love your videos and for sharing.🇨🇦
Nastya, I love your videos so much and I admire the way that you take care of yourself. When I was younger I lived with a Siberian (from Novosibirsk) for a few years and you guys have such wisdom, gentleness and curious nature about life, it's very comforting. I struggle with a lot of the same things you talk about in this video. I read somewhere that if you have trauma it can be hard to meditate, because you feel your body is not a safe place and in these cases movement (like yoga) as a form of meditation can be helpful although this was four months ago. Sending you love from Canada
Hi Nastya, I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for making this video. I have been going through a pretty tough time recently and have been experiencing panic attacks almost exactly how you described yours. Your video has made me feel like I am not alone in this experience and you have helped me to feel a bit more hopeful! Thank you again, you are an angel, I wish I could give you a hug ♥✨ ps I love watching your other videos, they are really interesting, comforting & enjoyable to watch 😊 Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for sharing the difficult and personal real life things! You are such a precious young lady . This granny here surely appreciates your videos 🥰💕 You help so many of us thru all you share💕 Big hugs to you 🤗
Thank you for sharing. I can't imagine the feelings of being trapped and fearful in another country! I am glad you were able to go home with your children. I know when I was anxious my mother could always calm my fears. Thank you again for sharing. May you grow stronger each day❤
My heart goes out to you, dear Nastya. I have dealt with PTSD and panic attacks with anxieties throughout my life as well. Thank you for such a beautiful description of how these attacks feel. It is hard to explain to others. You are a beautiful soul. Thank you, too, for the helpful hints as to how I can relieve my symptoms.
Thank you for this video. I have been having a lot of anxiety lately and your channel has been a big help. When I’m struggling, it helps me to actively be in the moment and ignore all the thoughts racing in my mind. I do this by trying to be present through focusing on my breathing and observing my surroundings, while pushing my worries to the back of my mind.
New Subscriber right here...thank u for sharing...I actually went through this exact symptoms....it was scary....Prayer helps to get delivered....Praying for u ....
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences Nastya ❤ I have been doing a lot of guided breathing meditation to help me calming my brain, before trying other meditations. My brain keeps racing, so calm deep breathing is very helpful. Your wisdom here is very good and helpful! I wish you all the very best on your healing and life journey 🙏❤️
Happy you're doing better ☺️ ❤ The beginning of your story touch me hard, since I was 10 (now I'm in my 20s) I started feeling strange & different from people of my age, huge part of it was because I moved away from my home country. Mentally I've been and still going through a lot, I feel my life is without purpose, but I'm confident that going back to my home country will help me heal, & hopefully I can do that very soon!
Hello Nastya, I am so happy that you are doing much better, you are so lovely and sweet, such a beautiful girl like an angel, big hug from a mammy in Belgium ❤
I am so happy for you, that your anxieties have diminished so much. Having your mother's support must be such a relief. I have had periods when my anxieties were horrible, it was so terrifying.😰 It turned out to be astmatic allergies so there was a reason for them, but at first I didn't know. I think too, that diet is very important for our mental and physical wellbeing and health, but it can for some people easily turn into obsession and even eating disorders especially when there is anxiety involved. Healing can sometimes be so complicated but at the same time simple things and having faith and love can help in an instant. . Thank you for sharing what helped you, I love watching your videos. ❤
You are wise and kind. Many wishes for sweetness and growth for you and your family. I am sorry for your pain, yet am hopeful for the resilience you describe.
Hi ! I understand fully your feelings I have also suffered also from anxiety and panic attacks because of my divorce. I visited Russia 5 years ago and last month I visited it again . Now I am convinced that Russia is a country I like to live in and have a brand new start !
Depression and anxiety ( usually they go together) are terrible and debilitating, your advice is great, there are so many people suffering from these conditions, sharing your experience with others is really valuable, thanks !!!
Excellent advice, Nastya, a very helpful video! I have also looked into the carnivore diet in addition to eating watermelon, my favorite fruit. 😁🍉 You are inspirational! ❤️
This is very relatable, minus the panic attacks and anxiety. I’m also on a journey to improve my well being both mentally and physically. It’s a struggle every day, but watching your video gives me more motivation. Thank you, girl! 💜
I just wanted to tell that whenever a person goes through any trauma there is usually some anxiety and depression bc I know bc I have experienced for myself but what I have learned is that having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, trusting in him and reading his words bc there are many promises in his word about anxiety and depression. He love you very much and he shed his blood on the cross for you and the whole world. He is always there for you bc he will never leave you or forsake and he is very faithful and merciful. He is also very compassionate and understands you . I am praying for you.Your are a very precious person especially to God! 30:40
After spending my whole life with anxiety and depression from childhood trauma, I was finally healed. I was an atheist for as long as I can remember, and I used to think of the Bible as a weapon of control. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! It took me 6 months to read the Bible and I just finished reading the last page this week!! Reading the Bible has shown me who God is. His nature, his likes and dislikes, what he loves, what he hates, how he handles situations, etc. God taugh me how to forgive everyone who has hurt me. It seemed impossible at first, but I was finally able to do it when I read the book of Jonah. That action of forgiving and letting go was the final nail in my anxiety’s coffin. My anxiety, depression, panic attacks… all of those are gone now. Thanks to God who makes possible the impossible. Who is our eternal vine. 🥰
@@renatasawicki5845 Why are you laughing at YugenLife? Where did your soul originate from before you were born? Where will it go when you die? If you don't know God in this life, where is your soul going when you die? Tons of different people from all walks of life, different religions, cultures, professions, have experienced being clinically dead then resuscitated, and they all reported knowledge they couldn't technically have, since being clinically dead. All shared similar experiences of seeing our Creator as the source of pure love and light, on the other side, although in this life they all hold different beliefs. I don't have the answers, but I do have an open mind.
Hi Nastya. Thank you for sharing your story. I can relate to you I've had Panic disorder and anxiety meds have helped me alot..
That's what I did. Ran away from my life, only to realize I took myself with me... Doesn't matter where we go, unless we take care of the soul.

Silvia
I wish i could give you a big hug, i know how depression feels. You are stronger than you think.

Thank you.
I feel so much for you. Yes you definitely made the right decision to return home to your family in Russiaxx
Hearing your story is so incredibly moving. I hear so much hurt and sadness with resilience shining through. Thank you so much for sharing.

I have bipolar disease and cptsd and have anxiety attacs daily, and i find your vlog very interesting and helpful. ❤
Because you are so calm and kind.
You are an incredible being Nastya, Thank you for your vulnerability, for sharing your light, your love and your story to support all of us. I recognize wisdom and authenticity when I hear it and see it, and I hope you continue to share your light with all of us. Thank you soul sister 💛🙏

Hello from the uk 🇬🇧 thankyou for being so open and honest about you're anxiety struggles. This will help so many people. Glad you are improving.
You have described panic attacks to perfection. Thank you very much.
Thanks!
Thank you 🫶🏻
My own life has so many parallels to yours!
Sending big hugs to you ❤
It is amazing how you have changed positively your way of life.

Big Hugs from USA Michigan
Best Wishes,
Amy
This is super helpful. I love how genuine you are Nastya
Obviously, doesn't get as cold as Siberia here. ;-)
My son lives in Finland, so don't see him as much as I would like.
Thank you! ❤ You are wise and brave! I love your channel! 🥰
you are very brave and genuine
This was stimulating and thought provoking. Looking forward to following you, as you re-establish yourself in Russia.
Thank you for your brave description. Your honesty is refreshing and healing. I wish you well.
You called her nasty 😂😂 oops
Thank you, Nastya for sharing your story. It's always so helpful to learn what struggles people have in the hopes it can help someone else. You are very inspiring!
Thanks for your honesty! I have had panic attacks a few times and I think you described them very well. It must have been so hard to be in a different country from your family! I am sure your mother is a lot happier that you are closer as well.
You described panic attacks spot on!! Bless you and your continued health!
I am so glad that you are doing better! You are brave.
I can relate to some of your experiences.
Your videos have been very interesting .
Hello 😊. Amazing Strong Beautiful Woman you are !!!!!
Nastya- you are so articulate, smart and brave! Thank you for sharing your story.
Thank you for your tips. You videos actually help soothe my anxiety 🙏
You are a very sweet person and I believe your videos about this will help a lot of people. Much love to you
Hi Nastya❤I lived with anxiety and depression for most of my life and it is debilitating.
You are a strong, caring and loving woman...a fine mother -wishing and praying for your family.-David.
Thank you very much, this will help a lot of people!!
Very encouraging….your attitude is great❤
Hi Nastya, I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for making this video.
Glad you are on the road to recovery. It is an everyday reminder that our minds matter.

Thank you so much for sharing the difficult and personal real life things!
You are such a precious young lady .
This granny here surely appreciates your videos 🥰💕
You help so many of us thru all you share💕
Big hugs to you 🤗
Thank you for sharing. I can't imagine the feelings of being trapped and fearful in another country! I am glad you were able to go home with your children. I know when I was anxious my mother could always calm my fears. Thank you again for sharing. May you grow stronger each day❤
Thank you for sharing. I am sure this will help me after I was abused in the UK. All the best for you. ❤
❤🙏 to you Nastya!!
I hope that you will get well very soon
Hello Nastya,
thank you
for sharing this
🙏💛!
I send my love to you Nastya! 💗💗
Thank you for this. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks too and you tell it exactly like it is.
Nastya you are an amazing, wonderful person. You are helping many souls. Love from Canada.
I myself am a domestic violence survivor and suffered from similar symptoms. 6 years later, I'm finally starting to heal. Sending healing your way.
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences Nastya ❤
I have been doing a lot of guided breathing meditation to help me calming my brain, before trying other meditations. My brain keeps racing, so calm deep breathing is very helpful.
Your wisdom here is very good and helpful!
I wish you all the very best on your healing and life journey 🙏❤️
Such great suggestions Nastya. You explained this condition you were experiencing so well. This will be very helpful to many people. Thank you ❤❤❤❤
Happy you're doing better ☺️ ❤
The beginning of your story touch me hard, since I was 10 (now I'm in my 20s) I started feeling strange & different from people of my age, huge part of it was because I moved away from my home country.
Thanks for sharing your experiences Nastya. Really interesting to learn how Diät can help to reduce the symptoms of anxiety.
Wonderful video❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤ Love from Sweden ❤️❤️❤️❤️
"Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside."

Yes, he died of a heart attack with clogged arteries.
@YugenLife so did many others when they subscribed to the Vaccine.....(My comment was a jovial poetic response... Not a fact based smirk 😏)
Glad you are in much better place now. Thanks for sharing. Wish you all the best
Sending you love and peace….keep up the good work I know it must be very hard but you are succeeding……❤
Excellent advice, Nastya, a very helpful video! I have also looked into the carnivore diet in addition to eating watermelon, my favorite fruit. 😁🍉 You are inspirational! ❤️
You’re so beautiful and sweet. Watching this talk is healing.
This is very relatable, minus the panic attacks and anxiety. I’m also on a journey to improve my well being both mentally and physically. It’s a struggle every day, but watching your video gives me more motivation. Thank you, girl! 💜
Thank You! 🇺🇸
😂😂😂
@YugenLife oh please 😁😁😁
I can relate to you I've had
Panic disorder and anxiety meds have helped me alot.. Sorry to hear about your struggle in life.. l really love your channel.. You are a wonderful mum and person.. Your boys are adorable and a blessing in your life.. from Australia ❤
