I completely know how you feel with mental health and weight loss. I have gone through ebs and flows throughout the years. I'm 39. I have always been overweight. I have only been in proper therapy for my mental health for a year. I am at my heaviest weight in years. It's a part of healing, so I am told. Our bodies want to protect us, physically and mentally. I also have adhd and anxiety which makes it a heck of a lot harder to lose weight. Mental health is the most important part of the journey when it comes to weightloss. I'm glad to hear you are working on your mental health at 25. I wish i was that smart when I was 25. Instead, I ignored it and now I'm fighting so dang hard to survive now.

Good morning! You are doing a great job! Mental health is a big part of my weight loss journey as well. My anxiety has gotten so severe over the past few years, specifically health anxiety.
I have been making a ton of changes to try and help with my anxiety such as switching to decaf coffee (not my favorite but realized my body can no longer handle regular caffeinated coffee), had to stop watching tik tok (constant negative world news or health issues that triggered my anxiety even after marking uninterested on those videos), and almost completely cutting out alcohol. Now i am finally in a place where i feel like i can also take steps to change my diet and excerise so i definitely get how hard it can be!
Love hearing your thoughts and having you share your struggles. Its good to talk about and know your not alone! Hope you have a great week!

I relate so much to health anxiety and also TikTok. I have to really monitor my screen time and have recently tried switching to listening to audiobooks instead of scrolling. I think it is helping my anxious thoughts a little.
I need to cut the caffeine, but I am not ready to give it up just yet HAHA.
Thank you for being here, and I hope you have the best week!

Kelsie! Thank you for being so transparent! I have struggled with depression and anxiety for years…😔 I learned that supplementing with probiotics helps with depression and anxiety because 95% of our body’s Seratonin is produced in the gut. When we eat bad for us foods, it triggers an imbalance in our gut microbiome, which in turn makes our brain release cortisol (stress hormone) let me know if you are interested in the probiotic that I take that literally cured me of this terrible disease!

Yes I have been thinking about trying a pro/prebiotic! I just started taking some other vitamins so I could add those to my routine! You have one that you really like? What is it?? ☺️

i know everything in life is hard girll. i feel u! especially me being a mom of 2, i have my days, thats why i try to take my time and mental health on positive things in my life and also yt is my outlet. it always help having somethin to take ur mind off things that make u happy 😌 but i apprciate u sharing ur mind 🥰 itts hard controlling urself when it comes to food, but u gotta understand thatpart of the reason why u feel like that is because ur so used to eating the things u normally do ex fast food, sugary things. ur body is used to that and when u think about it, its all really an addiction and just a bad habit u have to break. but u got this boo! i enjoy watching ur videos love! im here for the support n love💝
