Maddie's dream guy is days away from marrying her best friend when a wish for true love made on an ancient stone in Ireland magically alters her fate. Развлечения
Hey Netflix, I NEED regular commentary from these 2. Absolutely honest and hilarious.
Idk who these two are, but I now love them.
Aoife Wilson and Caroline O’Donoghue. Aoife’s a content creator and Caroline is an author.
@@ReadySebbyGo I need them to do reviews of EVERY movie!
They’re so funny!
@@dianasimplair3517 In case you're interested, Caroline O'Donoghue hosts a podcast called 'Sentimental Garbage' which I highly recommend. The premise is it's celebrating the culture that society often makes us feel ashamed of. So there are lots of movie reviews. She will invite a guest on, and they will discuss a topic/movie/artist/book etc. The conversation is always funny, passionate and insightful! 😊
Caroline has a podcast called sentimental garbage - discussing pop culture and it's great!
Genuinely didn’t expect them to keep the parts of them calling out the inaccuracies but appreciate it
I'm Irish and the accents are hilarious in Irish Wish.
The film reminds me of Leap Year meets My Best Friends Wedding.
The Irish fella, Paul isn't even Irish, he's Welsh
@@amandaodriscoll9212 I know
@@amandaodriscoll9212I knew he wasn’t Irish but couldn’t place the accent! But yes, he does sound like a Welsh man putting on an Irish accent 😂. Definitely not as bad as an American trying to do an Irish accent!
They were very kind reviewing this movie. They didn't notice the stupidity of continuity of the area locations, zooming from Mayo, down by Cobh to get to Wicklow and the proximity of Wicklow to the Cliffs of Moher.😮
I don't know why Irish characters are not played by Irish actors in these romantic movies. The same happened to Leap Year. There are so many talented Irish actors who can do a great job.
because Irish people would rather starve than go along with this twee American fantasy version of Ireland
You are 100% right. While i love lindsey and the movie was decent, it does feel like every other generic irish movie at times😅
Answer: Marketability.
The Americans don't like the real Irish accent.
@@Minime163 I wish Irish people would learn how to speak English.
Ah, I got married in Ireland.
It was nothing like this film. But, sure, we got the weather for it.
I hope these ladies get a Netflix review series like Trixie and Katya. They're hilarious!
"filled with a child's piss..." Ireland sounds lovely 😆
1) I love Netflix's formulaic, cliched, so-bad-it's-funny Hallmark-y romcoms, whether they be destination-themed, Christmas-themed, royal-themed, or any other theme. 2) I love even more when Netflix hire people to react to/advertise their trash - these lovely Irish people, the two French people who reacted to Emily in Paris, Trixie and Katya - all bangers. Genuinely more funny and entertaining than a lot of the comedy on Netflix itself
"ARE YOU FOR REAL WITH THIS DOCK!?"
They weren't wrong. 😂
These two are hilarious! Please do a series of them just reacting to ANY Netflix shows.
I absolutely love the bit where they say it’s more subtle beauty and you need to pepper it with folklore and tales - absolutely spot on - beautiful isles we have ❤
Trivia note: The U.S. game show The Amazing Race has been on for 35 Seasons, & yet they have been to Ireland for just 2 of them; Season 12 & Season 35.
These two are an absolute riot. They would be fun to hang out with.
Cliffs of Moher is really that beautiful and more. I'll come back to Ireland somedays soon, I hope.
And there actually Irish ☘️ well done 👏 lads
OMG Aoife look at you!!!! 🥹🤍🤍
This was 💯 better than the film itself. These ladies were hilariously funny.
Do these girls have there own channel, I would definitely watch them, they are great:)
I know where you can find Aoife anyway, she works for Eurogamer
Take a drink every time orange shirt girl touches green shirt girl.
Watching these 2 beautiful Irish Ladies has made me want to visit Ireland for their down to earth humour. Brian
Aoife!!! ❤
Ed Speleers actually played an Irishman in Outlander (and was in Eragon!)
is this video supposed to confirm the local authenticity of a film that’s a completely contrived hallmark/diva universal st. patrick’s day themed plot with extremely charmless acting?
Can I ask WHY is ST. BRIGID an Irish Saint ™️, wearing what looks to be a Shalwar Kameez?? Why did the costume designer think we wouldn’t notice? 😂
I also noticed this!!
The sunglasses were more unbelievable😂.
Lindsay’s Muslim husband was involved in the movie, he didn’t know how to portray a Catholic 😂 I think that’s also why she only has one kiss and frumpy dresses
AOIFE??? What are you doing here!?
More of these ladies please!
I love this so much ❤ Caroline has a great podcast by the way, it's called Sentimental Garbage.
I Love These Women
This was entertaining if not more entertaining than the film (and I enjoyed the film)! This video was a lucky find! 🍀😍
This was amazing!
Aoife!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Irisch A Place to visit before one departs from this world, I always wanted to visit this amazing Place.
Love this. More, please.
Would be interesting to see their views on the tv series " Derry Girls"
These ladies, their gorgeous accents, and some of the best irish sayings they said made me miss my Paddycakes. 😢
That girl who said she's from Cork does not have a Cork accent and the other girl's is just weird.
@@moorenicola6264no you are weird. you can clearly hear the derry accent and the cork accent from both of them which is very easy to determine.
Fun reaction,Aoife and Caroline! You are so right,Cork is where it's at!Greetings from beautiful West Cork!
Loved the scenery etc ..
These 2 are hilarious and should be regulars. The movie was sweet and I'm not for Ireland (on my bucket list to visit) but it makes me miss that part of the world so much more.
I'm Irish and the accents ARE NOT Irish in this movie. None the less I loved it. Love Lindsay Lohan and the movie left me with a lot of feel good dopamine. It really hits the spot.
I want to watch more movies with these lovely ladies!
I should add this one to a playlist for when I feel like shit
Ah great video..made me giggle. I'm from Galway living in UK and I watched Irish Wish the other night....I actually enjoyed it very cheesy, but light and heartwarming at the same time...and a great advertisement for Ireland.☘️
Think Lindsay Lohan had great fun making it!😊
Yes. I just watched it tonight with my two daughters and I said to them that this will be great for tourism. Better than Bord Failte or Discover Ireland or whatever the tourist board is called now. And we need good publicity especially after the Dublin riots last year!
AOIFE!!!!!
🍀 🍀 I enjoyed these two ladies so much! And it made me love the movie more than I already did! 🍀 🍀
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I want to watch it with them and a Lil liquor 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love these girls, effin ded at the "she's wet". Pure Irish, pure Cork love it 😂😂😂
Pure Cork?! There's not even a hint of a Cork accent from her!
@@moorenicola6264 I wasn't talking about the accent though 👀
@@amandaodriscoll9212don't worry they've been commenting this under everyones comment. think wee nicolas having a bad day or canny fucking hear😂😂😂
This is very much giving Trixie and Katya ‘Queens who like to watch’ so hopefully they’ll eventually watch and react to the film
Aoife!! What a pleasant surprise!
That was hilarious. 😂😂
Aoife i m so glad to find you. You re the best. ❤
cheers from bolivia
Derry and Cork- and then come on down to Tinahely, just a suggestion.
These ladies are hilarious.
I dont want to see the movie, i just want to see these two review more movies 😂😊
I love this
Loving Irish Trixie and Katya!
Outstanding 😅😅
I only noticed the spelling of Tadgh in this video, which is weird because it's literally the spelling of my own name haha
Course wishin chairs are real, explain the one in dublin zoo haha
"Titanic has a lot to answer for."
How does Aoife, who’s born in Limerick, raised in Derry and lives in London speak with an American accent? 🤔
“She is…wet” caught me so off guard 😂😂😂
What about Trixie and Katya
As a southeast asian who doesn't know anything about Ireland, these are 3 most Irish things:
1. Conan O'brien
2. Guinness
3. The Corrs
😂*I'm joking, sorry * I love Ireland btw, my dream is to go there even tho it looks impossible. My favorite actress is Saoirse Ronan. Love Qui Gon Jinn too! Technically he's an Irish Jedi, Liam said that 😆. And back then when I was a kid, I used to listen to The Corrs non stop. There's no rock band like them anymore.
Hi. just a quick pointer from a Dubliner. Conan O'Brien is a US Television host. Maybe his parents are Irish?
today years old when i learned james joyce was the originator of live laugh love. go raibh maith agat!
i reacted to it on my channel and i gotta say...I MISSED LOHAN ON THE SCREEN!
So entertaining
Other than Lough tay is in Wicklow go for a little drive to the cliffs of moher in Clare! Geography is a little off..
Love Caroline ❤such a laugh
What are there names?
such a fun movie, I enjoyed it a lot lol!
I keep the parts, i hope they calling out me to watch full n dont let all my cousins disturb or take my right with my husband time beside me watching together with our own babies on the smart tv desk..
May everything process. And faster...
Cannot detect even a tiny bit of a Cork accent from the Cork girl.
Expat what do you expect probably hasn’t lived here in years😉
@@Greenwillowmy mum is 80 and hasn’t lived within 90 miles of Cork for over 50 years and still has a Cork accent so I don’t think that’s it.
TRIXI AND KATYA OLEASE REVIEW THIS
As an irish person this looks like complete and uther shight
Its not the worst, its kinda cringey at parts but its worth a watch😂
Ah sure it’s grand enough for a rainy day
Enjoyable girlies!
Love everyone's positivity! Which is why I've decided to say nothing.
Can Trixie and Katya review this?
No interest in watching this film, but these two are awesome, I love them!!!! 🤣🤣🤣👌👌👌👏👏👏👏
this isnt trixie and katya
I'm usually a sucker for Irish movies, TV series, and music, but this one felt like a waste of my time .... or maybe, I just don't like Lindsay Lohan :) I felt the costuming was pretty darn awful too, LoL!!! Still, it seems that many did like the film, so ..... Whatever. RjB
Good God, the film cannot be as bad as this
these are not irish people
Derry's in the UK fyi.
The film was especially 'shite'. But these two are a hoot.
I was very disappointed with this film Irish wish !!!
Like nails down a chalkboard 😖🤢
These two are overacting and annoying.
Why was this film set in ireland i dont get it?? just set it in the UK makes more sense .. make them british people.
The films called "Irish Wish" thats probably why, not "Tea and Crumpets".
Any other Irish people watching and finding them annoying? I know I’m not alone.
👋🏻👏🏻😉
this is why you're single
Awful film, with a couple of great actors
This pair are so obnoxious and typify a certain type of young Irish woman who think they are so sophisticated because they work in London. Yes the film is twee but it is charming and not deserving of their ridicule.
I think the film probably is deserving of ridicule but I do agree that they're annoying as f*ck.
Well said👏🏻 And I actually liked the movie.😉
Clichéd awful film !
The commentary of those two... not any better
Laughing at their own clićed jokes🤮
Junkie Lohan ruined this file.
No she didn't
A lot more ruined this piece of shit.
So their from Ireland but live in London🤔 I actually liked the movie and I am Irish and I liked Leap Year. These two are your typical Irish expats. Annoying🥱
