Even if you talk to someone, they don’t give a f. They won’t even tell you what the issue is. They offer 0 help. I’ve spent over 100K USD this year on Google ads and was offered no support. They really are the shittiest company I’ve ever dealt with. Disgusting.
If you're experiencing disapprovals and the reason is invalid GTIN, then Google knows that there's a valid GTIN available. If you want to get the products approved, you'll need to put in the correct GTINs in the product feed. You can ask your supplier for that kind of information.
