Got an email that they're playing Bandcamp in Oakland. So I proceeded to check them out. At first I thought "Just another indie band ehh," about two minutes into their first song, I found myself bobbing my head. Something about the singing reminds me of King Krule if he sang with more energy. Definitely going to that show in Oakland. Great job with this performance, can't wait to see it live.
Omg, the lead guy’s voice does sound like King Krule sometimes!! Especially when he sings in “Maria.” They’ve both got that deep register (which does things to me 😏)
