    I will create a sitdown vlog about TooLost soon! There's not a lot of RUclips content about reviews on TooLost. I am really disappointed by your Support team. You should change their name to Not-a-Support team! I feel they are treating me as if they are doing me a favor.. I will share a screenshot of how many support tickets I raise and how many of them are "On-hold".. I feel helpless!

    Your support team are some of the most nonchalant and unhelpful I've ever had. I feel so disappointed signing up for you guys as my first distributor. I am now thinking if I would have been better off with another distributor. To anybody reading this comment, be wary.. Their support is so terrible.

      I really don’t understand what you’re saying. Because toolost support team always reply on time and provide solutions

      I have receipts and I'm not making this up, I can show you a screenshot of a bunch of open support tickets that are on-hold and I even kept replying "up" just to change the Support status to "Open" so it goes back to their Support team's visibility, because I guess they should have standard SLA for keeping a support ticket open for so long. What's your email I can email you proof and even show you how my support tickets are open for even more than 5 business days. Let me know how I can share with you my proof.

      @@MelodySongzz I can even show you how bare minimum they explain and resolve my issues.. I had nothing against them. In fact, I had faith in them that's why I chose them over other distributors as my first distributor. I really wanted to believe in them but it's just too bad that I feel so helpless now and had no choice because I signed for the entire year. I am tied with them for the whole year unless I want to throw away the subscription I paid and move to another distributor
