I'm thinking you should get in the habit of unlocking both gates before you go in, just in case you need a fast escape route- wouldn't want to be fumbling with a lock as a hungry gator is running at you!
Honestly my favorite parts of your videos are the feedings. Its an absolutely incredible learning experience tbh. To see how you interact and read the animals and how you keep attuned to them for your safety and theirs. Its really a great honor to see it. Like seeing Dale use those sensory organs to get that chicken was awesome

It's so amazing seeing the difference in behavior with each of them, Dale seeming to have a more active food response, and how they seem to see you as the bringer of food, not necessarily as food. It's especially neat to see how they react to food vs the other carnivores, especially Slinky. Please keep the gator videos coming!

Love watching the gators as well as all of yours and your friends animals. I would definitely look at fixing those planks to the island though, they look a little sketchy for high speed get aways....

I could watch you feed the gators 24/7. Will you be able to start training them to hold, open, the regular basic training we see on Gatorland's channel? I think they would need to be separated somehow. That would be incredible to watch and follow. Love the videos!
Out of curiosity, the gator enclosure isn't an aquascape product, right? Is there going to be a change to the upkeep of the water since you have two large gators processing a lot of waste?
Kenan I just watched a YT video on the tree crocs of Indnesia. They found them on the island of Sulewesi, same croc monitor as Lagertha. It is reported to get 10-14 feet long which would make it the longest lizard in the world. They guy looking for the biggest one wants to make the whole forest on whereever island they are on a National Park which would save some of the old groth jungle forest. REfinitely arboreal but can also handle mangrove swamps. the biggest one they found onthis trip was 2 meters.

It's funny how the alligators are usually pretty tuned into their surroundings, but they sometimes can't find food that's right next to them.

You need to use “snake tongs” (used for managing venomous snakes) for feeding your gators and caimans! They’re so handy to have around!
