    We were entering the Polly and didn't realize Quincy was filming until we were upstairs ordering at Kona. I'm so glad this footage was used in a video. I can see us in the background of about 5 seconds of footage and I feel famous. 😆😆😆 We stayed at Yacht the night before and Polly for two nights and it was our first time staying there. For us it was a bucket list and worth experiencing once. We also watched Quincy's review of Yacht club which helped us decide to do a split stay and begin there. Between the two resorts I'd book Yacht again only because we really like Epcot resort area and the pool is the best pool I've been to and I've been to several of the wdw resorts and both resort pools at DLR as well as Aulani. The quiet pool was our choice at Polly. Didn't go to the main pool. Poolside drink service and a large hot tub was the best part of our stay including a trip around the monorail and shopping at Grand Floridian. We ended up doing a park Hopper the day after this was filmed and we went HS/Epcot/and extended evening hours at MK. Rope drop to midnight. 26,000 steps. All the rides we wanted to and all on our knowledge from All Ears and other vloggers. Y'all inspire great vacations and I want you to know how valuable your work is. Wish I would have come to say hi! All the best All Ears & thank you!

    LOVE these resort tours. There are some people out there who are just "hotel" people and are willing to spend big bucks. Id rather stay the cheapest place (where im only sleeping anyway) and go spend my money on other adventures. However that being said, poly has some of the most IMMACULATE vibes. I love roaming around here if i have free time on a vacation.

    Honestly Coronado Springs is a much cheaper price and has multiple pools, alot more private. The rooms look so much like this Poly room.. My family went in October to Coronado and we literally got the pool to ourselves every night. It is so quiet and enjoyable and still has the updated feeling since all the rooms are updated. Save your $$. (and we didn't even stay in the Grand Destino Tower!!!) just the Ranchos building and we had a blast.

    We just stayed last month, but we booked through DVC and it was totally worth what we paid. Why would anyone pay $3000+ a night for the bungalows??? Not just bungalows, but bungalows over a lake……A lake in Florida…..

    Thanks for the tour! 🤗 After comparing this to the budget resorts I usually stay at I don't see enough of a difference to make it worth paying that much more money unless you have $$$ to burn! I love the Disney Movie Resort. With all the updates in the rooms now. They have a lot of the same features as the higher end ones have, refrigerator in the room, swiveling magnifying mirror and nice updated bathrooms with lots of shelf space to store all your toiletries. Also they have a dining room table that turms into an extra Murphy bed. Plus, let's face it most of us don't actually spend much time in the room! Looking forward to seeing more of these, it's nice to see what the other rooms look like. I'm really enjoying your channel! Thanks for all the great content, I've especially enjoyed all the competitions and the doing all six parks in one day video! 🤗

The plants and greenery really feel like Hawaii. Great ceremonial house, shops and restaurants are wonderful! Not a fan of the new rooms, kinda plain and bland w ikea furniture. Also not a fan that they destroyed laua cove, the quiet beach and all the beautiful landscape to build a cement tower w no Hawaiian theme. I miss the days of Disney theming, creativity, immersion and sight lines. Now it feels like they are pulling back the curtain and revealing we are no longer In a magical universe yet reality. Nice hotel but not worth the $700 plus a night.

    A. I love Quincy , have watched all her tours and love love
    B. I don’t know if this is a hot take but WHY do people want to watch fireworks from their hotel ? I feel like most of the magic is the music, the projections, and the fun of standing right there: I don’t see the charm of just seeing the fireworks themselves (unless you can hear the music ? )

    • @autumnangel654
      @autumnangel654 12 дней назад +1

      They do play the music on the beach at the Poly so that you get a full experience. Personally I like watching them from farther away because I feel like you get a better view of the large scale of the fireworks show itself. However, you are right that you lose the projections and any other castle special effects. One perk is that there is no fighting the crowd to leave after the show is over. To each their own! 😊

    It looks like a nice room but compare and contrast it to the on-property Drury room review that Quincy just did where $200 got you most of the perks PLUS food AND alcoholic beverages! There is no way I could justify spending 3-4 times more for less! If this plain, non-view room-only can be $1500/nt, it makes the Starcruiser (with all food, immersive entertainment, a park ticket, etc included) seem a lot less outrageous.

    I remember that the lobby used to smell like pool chlorine and coconut oil. Nowadays, it just smells like a money grab.
    Yeah, the public is setting the price, but that doesn't mean Disney shouldn't reinvest the profits on deluxe resort perks. You know, in an effort to keep guests coming back for more.
    But since Disney management's only concern is their next earnings call, I doubt any of those proposals ever see the light of day. Consequently, most guest stays will probably be a one and done.
