You and me both Matty im desperate to go to a Harry gig but the travel and staying away on my own is too much for me right now 😪 and hes not doing Newcastle. I do think even with my anxiety the gig itself would be fine the atmosphere at his shows is so good and open and like a big hug.
What helps me is, going with friends/family who know I struggle with this. Cause being understood helps a great deal. Making sure I look at the map of the festival ground or when going to a concert buy seated tickets. Also I only go to festivals near my hometown. This August I'm going to a festival 2 hours away, shaiiiting my pants, but sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone is what you need(different for everyone ofc) but honestly, sooo many people deal with this. Maybe we should organize a festival for people who struggle with their mental health. Anyway I'm rambling, I do hope in the future you'd be able to go, best of luck🥰

Loved this vlog! I went on Saturday, wish I could have gone Sunday too! 😄 I also thought Ed would have been on later but he had to get back to his tour later on that night so that’s why he opened, it’s just mad how much he manages to fit in!

I always bring a portable charger to concerts and I use them every time again! My work gave me one for Christmas as a little gift and I still use it (6 years later) and I still so happy with that gift😂

thanks for watching! you know what I crowds at festivals easier in terms of anxiety as it’s all open air so I can get out of it if I need to, and have fresh air so feel like I can breathe easier and am not trapped in a room if that makes sense!
