A Kenyan politician who wants to stay anonymous told me: ''The entire construction was probably built thanks to corruption. And probably one day it will be demolished thanks to the law...'' Then we both agreed that at night that place looks incredibly beautiful, and that it has some stunning restaurants too, but they are all too expensive for the normal Kenyan citizens, only the rich or the known can go there. PS: you can get an equally beautiful view from across the canal, in downtown Mombasa, and for free! I can totally understand limited access to the beach, due to resorts or condominiums. However, once on the beach, it should be full access to everyone in both directions. Your encounter here in Mombasa is not an enticing invite to travelers who are dedicated beach goers. Perhaps one of your subscribers can provide you with the laws in Kenya, pertaining to this issue. I liked your add ins of the toy squeaks when you tripped or thought you stepped in a pile of shit! 🤣. Regarding your meal, I will admit it did look good, and I think I’d enjoy it myself. Definitely preferable over frog or vaca de Corazón! Thanks much for taking us on this journey in Kenya! 👏💯👍🇰🇪
So nice in 4K Michele! I agree there are a bunch of smart Subscribers. Nice graffiti on some of the walls there. Beautiful beach and nice fisherman eating that you met. I bet that big ad on the beach high up on the building costs you a lot of money Michele! So sad that the beach is so restricted from people that live there and the occasional Italian. Nice cycle ride! Incredible travel video Michele!
Welcome back. One thing I have noted about RUclips is that the only recommend your videos to me when you mention Kenya. Other time I had to search your channel. I love your consistency.
Unfortunately Patrick, is the same for both you and the other 30.000 Kenyan subscribers, cause RUclips thinks you are not gonna enjoy videos from other countries… and it break both my heart and my channel
i Michele my friend, nice walks in Mombasa and the interaction with the happy fisherman and your food looked really delicious. I enjoyed watching and thank you for sharing.🙏🙏🦾🦾
The english point was unnecessary to block you or next time tell them youre a guest at the hotels there .the English point coukd by accessed by rhe gates its free.durijg low tides in the morning hours you could access the beach from mkomani to nyali beach
Such a surreal feeling to be so close to the beach but without access. Here in Australia I can not imagine not to access the beach. In fact it is the opposite where all the beach is always accessible. Mostly there is a road next to the beach, not development, so you can enjoy the view while driving and always have easy access.
I grew up in Mkomani. That beach is very deep. It is not for the faith hearted. Also it is kind of funny, I once tried entering another beach hotel in Nyali, Mombasa and they almost refused entry from the beach side. I do not understand the logic.
100% recovered, but they told me that if I get in bad shape or under stress situations, it could come up again even without getting a bite by a single mosquito
Wait.. What!? Have you left China?, when did you go and will you go back? sorry for all the questions :p Anyway great content as always.. But I prefer China content to be honest :p
I really enjoy your contents but anything about Kenyan laws leave it for Kenyans you as a foreigner you will finding yourself in big problems with law enforcement Authorities.
I wasn't sure it to upload this video, but my Kenyan friends working for the government and the police, they all confirmed me that someday this place might be demolished, cause it is not supposed to be there.
Why don't you enter the beach ⛱️ not very nice for tourism Michele don't make sense you think 💬 you would be allowed to get from one side to the next ,I suppose private places are for the rich and famous people who have lots of money 😢
No, in every country by law the land that immediately touches the sea/ocean is owned by the government, and therefore everyone should be able to access it. But clearly someone here tipped someone in power and built illegally

You know how it is life: when people get a tiny bit of power (security guards, for example), sometimes they start behaving in weird ways
So u back in Kenya 🇰🇪?
Are we watching current footage? Because Ponte looks slimmer in the China Vlogs 😂😂
🤣

I really need to visit Australia! The access to the beach should be free worldwide!
Hey bro
Hello!
I grew up in Mkomani. That beach is very deep. It is not for the faith hearted. Also it is kind of funny, I once tried entering another beach hotel in Nyali, Mombasa and they almost refused entry from the beach side. I do not understand the logic.
We are in the same page
It's seems you filmed with different camera back in kenya and China ?
Kenya mostly with the GoPro, China mostly with the phone
I normal buy my fish from that mkomani beach
Nice
Speaking of malaria, have you 100% recovered or still feel a bit different
100% recovered, but they told me that if I get in bad shape or under stress situations, it could come up again even without getting a bite by a single mosquito
Welcome back, Michele. Been too long. This is your second home.
Asante sana!
