I followed everything you did but didn’t add the pepper because I have very spicy pepper, I just used little so it didn’t have the bright colour like yours. I don't eat pork and a lot of the chicken sausages I found don't have the thin film you peeled off. I got Frankfurters chicken sausages from Tesco and blended smooth before adding the spices/seasoning. I'll update on the outcome. Thank you for this video

I had almost 50 and that because the last two were cut a little bigger and o made my dough fuller. If I had made it as flat as I usually do, I bet it'll have been more. But it is delicious!!
Butter measurement is always a very big problem for me, can I melt the butter to get my exact measurements. Or it’s advisable to get a measuring scale.
Try to get measuring cups. They come in 1 cup, one third cup, quarter cup which will help. You need it to be cold hard butter to get the crumbly texture when incorporated in the flour

Ingredients:
Recipe makes 16 Sausage rolls
6 1/2 cups plain flour (800g)
1 1/3 cup butter (300g)
2tbsp sugar
2tsp baking powder
1 tbs cinnamon powder or 1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup cold milk or water
1 tsp Salt if you're using unsalted butter
1 tbsp cameroon pepper (optional)
2eggs
Filling:
500g sausage meat
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Bouillon cube(s)
