1:04:59 what the stormtrooper is saying is actually how the rebels fought their battles in the lore. Use the elemental of surprise to deal a lot of damage and disappear before the empire can fight back. But we all know why they put that info in the game 😅
I really hate the elevators in the game, why did they go with the archaic "enter elevator to move it" instead of just having a button in the elevator to move it? When have you ever encountered an elevator that just moves as soon as you step on it irl? It doesn't make logical sense 😑
Some genius in RUclips comments gave this game an 8.5/10. He said it has flaws but he enjoyed it. So in his mind the game was worth a near perfect score. People have an impossible time of separating their personal enjoyment of product from quality of product. These IGN-zombies annoy me to no end. I'd give this about a 6/10, leaning towards 5. I mean, it's functional and it sort of has basic gameplay elements in place. But everything is bland and forgettable. Every element has been done before and better. There's nothing about this game that makes me want to play it, but I can see someone would rather play this than stare at a blank screen.
I think the story brings it down 1 or 2 points. The characters are bland, unlikable, and inconsistent. The stakes are, I don't even know; it's probably my fault, but I've had Rags' streams in the background for days, and I have no idea why Kay is doing any of the things she's doing. This game is like eating dish washing sponges because you have nothing else.
@@450AHX agreed. It's difficult to gauge a fair score when the only positive things about the product is that "it fulfills most basic requirements of a game." I keep comparing it to RDR2 in my mind. For context, I'm not big on westerns. I don't care much about horses. Not much into open world adventures or super detailed mechanics. But RDR2 had me hooked from moment one. I found myself caring about Arthur's fate, his relationships and the gang's misadventures. I found myself crazy invested in stuff like hunting and catching horses. Because the game was made well. Of course I'm not saying that Outlaws should be better than RDR2 specifically. But if Assassin's Creed 1 trumps outlaws in story and mechanics, I think we objectively have a problem.
I'd say that it's a 4/10, it's run of the mill average slop, but it breaks alot and many things don't work as intended (at least I hope it's not intended). But yea, the number of times I've seen reviews be a long list of problems but still giving a 9 or 10 is uncountable 😂 people just don't get how to score things, might be damage from IGN and such 🤷♀️
@@johankarlsson1776yesterday I learned, due to Alanah Pearce's insightful tutelage, that IGN can only score games 7 or higher because anything other than the games IGN reviews are under 7/10. In other words - if you have enough money to pay IGN to review your game, it's at least a 7. If you're a poor indie developer, well tough luck. And not only that. According to Alanah Pearce, IGN is aware of EVERY game and piece of software that could possibly be considered "a game" and they take these into account when balancing their scoring system. It was such a bizarre and confusing argument that only Alanah Pearce, an ex-IGN journalist, could make it.
Look at EFAP's latest video on a certain IGN journalist and her completely asinine explanation on how IGN review scores work. I can't go into detail, my comment gets deleted.
I love intense the music always is, but the gameplay absolutely eats, so it's totally unwarranted. Also is it just me or are they only using Disney-era star War music?
3:07:43 Oh my god that bobbing around in space was boring. I don't know how they managed to make it so uninteresting. Edit: weirdly, the space shooter game in the arcade felt so much more fun. 🤣
4:53:00 I agree, I don't get the people who say she's ugly. She ain't a model by any stretch, but she is kinda "everyday woman attractive", she looks normal 🤷♀️ now, if we're comparing her to other protagonists from other games, sure, she's less attractive than the norm.
The main problem is the rendering is awful. Like look at her in cutscenes compared to gameplay. It looks awful Base model though is fine. The real problem is the model irl is way more attractive than the in game one, so it’s weird they made her look worse, and I don’t think that part is just the rendering
59:55 Ryan kinel is officially in Star wars outlaws and is dripped out
I can't get over the fact that beaver lady disables helmet-wearing people by lightly slapping them.
Please stream more, I love watching Solo Rags content, I'mma binge these later for sure

Hi Rags!! ❤
The level of star wars in this game nearly reached 7/10! Incredible star wars content.

Gorilla warfare, hit and run tactics.
Perfect when your outnumbered and outgunned.
(Yes, we know exactly why😉
3:24:22. Rags finds his inner wolf.
Yeah seems like it
Hi Rags.
Also stop destroying grandmas!
When I think of Star Wars I think of Bunta spice obviously. Also hi, Rags
Hey Rags!!!!
This should be considered torture and banned in all countries lol
Are you not entertained?
@@ericv00 yes because others suffering is extremely amusing to me 😊
Eeer, I mean, noooo...poor rags 😢

Well there is one
Imagine a converyer belt that goes up and hold people.
Its on Tom Scotts channel.
4:42:00 that reminds me of the racing game in kotor!
hi rags!!!
Hi Rags.
Hi rags
Hello Danka, a ❤️ from Fringy.
I know it's painful.. but you just earned a subscriber...
Keep it going Rags and God Bless 🙌 🙏 😂
Maybe you should have brought a couple of blades of grass with you [on the stealth portion of the jacket caper].

I wish they had given her a better hairstyle. I wouldn’t take points off the game over it, I just think it’s pretty uninteresting.
Jaws II is NOT a 5 out of 10. It is an easy 8 out of 10!
Bite me!
Hey if you think the names they put in this game are lame.
I would everyone to know there is a Ohioville, Ohio, and a Oilville, Ohio.
Is 7/10 just a codeword from IGN to avoid these games?
