Where I’m from it’s frowned upon to hang ceiling after walls.
Start with ceilings, but up walls to it as tightly as possible.

Why do you apply this green paste to the wood before installing the sheets?
It’s basically drywall glue. It helps to hold the sheeets when there isn’t enough screws. A lot of guys use it for better laid drywall as it holds just as well if not better after set

If that happened around here I would have no work and he wouldn't either .. that's just not acceptable... It Wil effect the crown molding more being held down with a gap since drywall has a 3 inch bevel. We would normally remove that cause 3 inch crown won't cover all That gap plus 6" of bevel 3" on each side ..
Have to flat tape or fill the bevel ...!!
Or get a 1350 sheet
They use 75mm and 90mm coving so it won't sit on the bevel, it'll go beyond it. If you don't know what you're talking about then you should really keep it to yourself my guy.

Crown mouldings is being installed
I know this I hang rock for a living .. even with crown we hang it tight ( normal ) ..
Plus it's bad to set drywall on concrete it can suck up moisture..
@@mikethomas3069 He uses a scrap piece of drywall on the floor holding it at least a half inch off the concrete plus there’s no need to have the drywall installed with no gap especially when he’s using drywall cornice crown to cover the gap. It’s just like if you butted the sheets together and taped the inside ceiling corner. Now if your local code says differently then that’s a different story.
