In this second part we modify the engine to 260HP and 490NM from the stock 90HP. Golf 4 1.9tdi tuning to match the power level with the looks! ;)

Im from europe never saw it before and know people driving over 300hp even 350 with stock head bolts

what exhaust manifold is used to ask gtb2260vk?
It's looks like a 90hp(agr) stock manifold some mod
Have an mk6 2.0 TDI tuned by malone, stage 2.5 (GTD turbo), and the power drops off significantly before redline, at 4500 rpm. What are you guys using for your tune?
I think the drop at the end is normal for your turbo
GTD turbo is dead After 4200rpm. You need the 3.0tdi turbo + more pressure
Hello, I wanted to ask because I also have a Golf 4 1.9 TDI 4motion 90hp and I want to change the turbocharger. I want to make it 110hp, 116hp or 131hp but I'm told it doesn't work because my car is built in 1999
and which turbochargers did you put in there for 90hp?
The turbo he got can run 300bhp+ plus , it’s simple for a 90/100bhp tdi you need
Red s pipe
Pancake pipe
Gt1749arl ( 150pd turbo ) 180bhp max
Or
Gr1752v ( 52 mill hybrid ) between 220-240 bhp max
Maybe 130/150 injectors

hello sorry for the late question but the engine ha stock internals and still can handle 260hp and is it realibly or it is a grenade coz i want to buy a mk4 and do a similar build than yours but i cant decide between a 4motion ATD/AXR 101hp mk4 or a fwd ASZ 130 hp mk4 coz the internals are stronger in the ASZ and can take 300+ but in the fwd after 170hp the traction has problems thanks for the reply in advance
its always better to get the stronger version if your wallet allows it i guess :D
He didn’t show any internals work… but this engine would be very stressed at this power level

what did you do with the pistons, connecting rods and crankshaft? Are they manufactured and have you had any problems so far?

@@chubz01 600~1000$ for the turbo , hours of disassembly reassembly , usually mostly install/tune/play but you can acheive max 250lbs torque before clutch slip so it involve a new clutch too so add ( 400-800$ ) for a like stage 3 clutch kit , so 1000~2000$ is my guess
add more money if you install a lift pump , new injector nozle ., upgraded 12 or 13mm pump ecetera

@@DrivingExclusive why would he do all this if he knows he's gonna tear it all apart. Also all the research I've done and what I've been told is that ALH internals aren't really good for anything over 200hp. Start bending rods, melting pistons, lifting heads.

I am not the owner, but probably around 2.5k-3k euro (only the engine mods in this part)
