You could either move from the 8 to make it a 6 and put it across the = to make 16 + 1 ≠ 16, or you could move from the 8 to make a 9 and put it on the 6 to make an 8. Giving you 18 + 1 = 19. I havent watched past the first five seconds so idk if he got it in the end or not

Just move a stick bottom left of the 18 and then move it to the open spot of 16. So that will be 18 + 1 = 19. Because the 18 turned into 19 aince the bottom left stick is removed and transfered to the open spot of 16. 🤓
