As to what kind of person would do this? All of these rescue videos have a significant number of dislikes and I suspect many of them are from people who enjoy hurting animals. Seeing such an animal rescued infuriates them.

I revisit Jordan's rescue video every now & then. This is the rescue that really impacted me years ago - inspiring me to become a monthly supporter. If not for Hope For Paws, Jordan's story would not have ended well. I love HFP! 💞🐾 It's the BEST thing I spend money on each month....rescuing precious souls.

Like MaKenzie Clark posted - I just saw some postings about Jordan by his family today. He is loved, adored and safe. His dog mom has one of those baby carriers you wear that she got for Jordan. Seems they like to hike and Jordan gets tired so he rides then. And he has another dog he lives with that it looks like they play alot. Jordan has the most beautiful luminous dark eyes. He is definitely living the best life and the one he was meant to live

When I was a young man I worked for a State Park. One weekend I was doing my routine inspection and came across a small kitten with fur all matted, covered with fleas, and starving. I picked him up, put him in a box in the back of my truck and started calling around to find a local animal shelter. It was a Sunday, so it was hard to find one opened. I finally got a hold of a vet and they said they would take him and put him down. on Monday. I couldn't do it. There was this small and fragile animal sitting in this box so scared, so alone, so helpless. Instead I went to the store. I bought him some cat food and some milk. He feverishly ate everything. After that he hopped out of the box and curled up on my lap and fell asleep. I brought him home, gave him a bath, shaved him (only way to get the matted fur fixed) got him his shots and a collar with a name tag. Rosco. I am not a cat person, I never thought in my life I would have a house cat. But at that moment I couldn't think of anything else to do. When I see videos like this, it only makes me angry. How could anyone do something like this to something so small and fragile? You are a fucking monster if you ever have a thought about doing something like this.
My bf did the Sam thing when he found a kitten at work on the dunes. It was much too young to be away from his momma and he was so skinny. We gave him a bath immediately after he got home then all he did for THREE days straight as eat sleep and use the litter box. We named him Beast and he absolutely LOVES my boyfriend. Those two have a such an amazing bond. He's friendly to everyone but the moment Beast is racing over, purring like crazy the moment he hears my bf pull into the driveway.
It truly makes you wonder if the people capable of doing such horrific things even have a heart to live on, thank you so much HFP for the incredible work you do.
I have never donated to a charity, but this is the best money I've ever spent in my life. People who damage and brutalize such perfect creations are monsters and deserve a special place in hell, in my humble opinion. I saw this amazing video probably 9 years ago and have watched it so many times since. To me, its the epitome of animal suffering but then getting rescued. Seeing that boy sitting in the middle of that crap canal LA calls a river on that piece of cardboard or whatever broke my heart then and still does. Me too Kasia, I lost my dog not too long ago, miss her terribly and can not see any animal in pain. I've rescued mainly cats, 7 so far I gave them my home and lots of love. A couple of them were feral so it took more time but they were just lovely and loved to cuddle after a few months feeding them and being very patient. But we also need people to raise money for Hope for paws or another good rescue organisation near your own home. Find out if they do not euthenize first. Raise money with Friends, schools, sportclubs etc. We raise 20.000 $ with our primary school children help alone. Do whatever you can, every dollar counts, Or volunteer at a shelter. if we all think like that many animals can be saved.
This was a particularly difficult video to watch, and I find it hard to express the piercing sorrow I felt when I saw this pitiful creature resting on a dry something which provided some kind of relief from the water soaking him. A human creature capable of such a heinous act, HAS to be found, because that kind of monster is obviously a danger to every creature around him. He hates himself, and the world. I hope he gets put away somewhere forever. Kisses, hugs, and love to Jordan!

Yes, heartbreaking it is. I am so glad he was rescued and was able to be saved and treated for the injury and other ailments he suffered from and brought to a place of health and good care where he could be a puppy and have a good life. Blessings to all who helped him. 😘😘😇😇

Like MaKenzie Clark posted - I just saw some postings about Jordan by his family today. He is loved, adored and safe. His dog mom has one of those baby carriers you wear that she got for Jordan. Seems they like to hike and Jordan gets tired so he rides then.
And he has another dog he lives with that it looks like they play alot.
Jordan has the most beautiful luminous dark eyes.
He is definitely living the best life and the one he was meant to live

He would have told me lies though he always did. All I know about pond scum like this is. When I was a young man I worked for a State Park. One weekend I was doing my routine inspection and came across a small kitten with fur all matted, covered with fleas, and starving. I picked him up, put him in a box in the back of my truck and started calling around to find a local animal shelter. It was a Sunday, so it was hard to find one opened. I finally got a hold of a vet and they said they would take him and put him down. on Monday. I couldn't do it. There was this small and fragile animal sitting in this box so scared, so alone, so helpless. Instead I went to the store. I bought him some cat food and some milk. He feverishly ate everything. After that he hopped out of the box and curled up on my lap and fell asleep. I brought him home, gave him a bath, shaved him (only way to get the matted fur fixed) got him his shots and a collar with a name tag. Rosco.
I am not a cat person, I never thought in my life I would have a house cat. But at that moment I couldn't think of anything else to do. When I see videos like this, it only makes me angry. How could anyone do something like this to something so small and fragile? You are a fucking monster if you ever have a thought about doing something like this.

My bf did the Sam thing when he found a kitten at work on the dunes. It was much too young to be away from his momma and he was so skinny. We gave him a bath immediately after he got home then all he did for THREE days straight as eat sleep and use the litter box. We named him Beast and he absolutely LOVES my boyfriend. Those two have a such an amazing bond. He's friendly to everyone but the moment Beast is racing over, purring like crazy the moment he hears my bf pull into the driveway.

Me too Kasia, I lost my dog not too long ago, miss her terribly and can not see any animal in pain. I've rescued mainly cats, 7 so far I gave them my home and lots of love. A couple of them were feral so it took more time but they were just lovely and loved to cuddle after a few months feeding them and being very patient. But we also need people to raise money for Hope for paws or another good rescue organisation near your own home. Find out if they do not euthenize first. Raise money with Friends, schools, sportclubs etc. We raise 20.000 $ with our primary school children help alone. Do whatever you can, every dollar counts, Or volunteer at a shelter. if we all think like that many animals can be saved.

This was a particularly difficult video to watch, and I find it hard to express the piercing sorrow I felt when I saw this pitiful creature resting on a dry something which provided some kind of relief from the water soaking him. A human creature capable of such a heinous act, HAS to be found, because that kind of monster is obviously a danger to every creature around him. He hates himself, and the world.
