Hey guys, that’s me at 10:33. What an insane experience with this being one of the first of many calisthenics competitions for me! Super grateful for this opportunity to compete in one of Chris’s events along with meeting him in person! I had an absolute blast meeting a bunch of really strong athletes and can’t wait to compete in more events in the future!

Your workouts an year ago opened the door of recovery for me in scoliosis. Now Iam a bigger and stronger beast and almost a person with no scoliosis, thanks to you Chris. My 6 year old and 3 year old niece can wall walk too now after watching you

Nice but too bad there was no standard on the weighted pull ups, normally there should be a standard set by the ref, for example, they touch you once you're down and stabilized so you know you can go up again.
I'm at the women pull up part and I see that there was a huge form difference between the participant as well.
Good initiative overall though.

Just go into a gym! I was in the same situation when I started. Get a coach that will provide a program that fits you and start, you can do it!

children participating with parents
emergency first aid etc
hope you would be able to arrange these type of competitions in nearby crowded beach areas as well with a bit of awareness programmes with the help of the mayor/ deputy mayor in these cities n be able to find sponsorships for teams travel expenses , cash prizes , stay hotels etc ...
in 5/6 years from now to travel to other major cities as well to arange this competition ...
