living in a Muslim country has a good impact on a person in terms of his obedience to Allah, worship and raising his children, just as living in a non-Muslim country has a bad impact, and may even be destructive sometimes, especially for young people who grow up in that country. Overcoming this impact requires an immense effort, along with good planning, raising children properly, and cooperating with other Muslims there to create a righteous environment in which boys and girls can grow up.
Yes, that is how Muslims planned it with their conquests which eliminated through persecution all other religions. That is Islam's end-game.

Oh my god how I wish I could go back and live in a Muslim country again. I’m working on it tho. The west sucks the life out of you, if it wasn’t for being a Muslim and keeping to my deen as much as I can I don’t know what I would do.

My husband is Moroccan and this is something I have considered but the language barrier is putting me off as I cannot speak Darija and also knowing no one (except my husbands family) that scares me 😂but I don't believe I want to stay in England forever
Actually some good news is that Morocco is slowly changing their official second language to from French to English so insha Allah English is the future for Morocco ;)
There are some really good channels on RUclips for learning Darija, like olive house or effective Arabic

Marrakech is a great city to live in my opinion. The weather is nice throughout the year and it's a clean city. But there is so many other great places in morocco

I am from the Netherlands and my husband is from India (born and raised and left India at age 21). I've lived in 8 countries including a few non-Western countries (Turkey, South Africa, Sri Lanka) and of course spend quite some time in India. I recognise a lot of things from your video from the countries I've lived in and it does not make life easy in general. Personally I believe the best you can do is enroll your kids in school, since building community in a country where you don't speak the language is even harder when you homeschool your children. On top of that you don't work, which also makes it much harder to meet people. I didn't speak the language properly in about 90% of the 8 countries I lived in and it has a significant impact on your life.
We have now settled in Ireland (even bought a house) and it's the most wholesome place I have ever lived. Very relaxed and not Islamophobic at all. It's the only Western country without a right-wing political party 😅 Personally I'd never want to live in the UK (my mam lives there now). On the other hand, cost of living in Ireland is the highest in Europe, so from that perspective it's not the best place to move to.

On another (very personal) note, I went to Morocco back in 2016. I am a convert and found it very hard to be allowed inside the mosques. In Morocco (or at least the cities), non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the mosques, and one woman and her granddaughter even scolded me for minutes outside the mosque, accusing me of pretending to be Muslim (keep in mind I was wearing full hijab). It was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I have never felt that degraded. And no one did anything until one woman came and ensured the scolding woman that I am Muslim and she took me inside. Apart from that it was generally hard to pray inside smaller mosques and the men would always sent me away, resulting in me either missing my prayers or having to pray in an uncomfortable open space. My husband really wants to go to Morocco but my experience was generally so bad, and I have been to over 40 countries. But these experiences really stayed with me although it's been like 7 years now. I'm just venting here honestly but I do hope to go back one day and make happier memories 😊

In Morocco the majority of the people are muslims, but the corrupted regime/system as a direct product of colonial period, is not as muslim friendly/ Islam faithful , if not worse ...Also this have a negative impact, on traditional values for the youth and society ...education system and infrastructure...
On other hand it's up to people and educated ones to have a contribution in making the people/society better ...
In Any case homeschooling for children is a good option, at least for until the age of 8/10, and provide the kids with basic values education ...could not be easy, but for sure a high value investment...
Regarding outdoor, I think the best solution would be to find a suitable places within a radius of 20/30 km and go there by car..
Any way, I'm confident that smart and courageous people like you, with Allah/God's help, will find solution even in case of hardship/difficulties ..and definitely raise a distinguished/valuable "moroccan"/US members/family...

Salam sister, just a friendly reminder and advice. as a muslima mother and wife, you should stay in the home and focus on your family and self. When you do go out go out with your husband only. You should not insert yourself outside, unless it is at a masjid with fellow sisters. Not even at their homes because like anywhere in the world, it is risky and you just dont know people ad their intentions. Many younger moroccan girls speak english but are also becoming very westernized, so there's no benefits really from going outside for 'connections'. Basically be careful of the company you keep. A muslima wife and mother should be content with her husband and family. Speaking with men outside or "community" unless with your husband and even with, is not permitted by Allah Almighty. Continue to focus on your relationship with Allah azza wa jall. al Quran Kareem and islamic studies. That is the best way to live in the sight of Allah for a Muslima. InshaAllah you will continue to learn and obey, Allah Subahana wa ta ala's commands, and the Sunnah of Rasoolullah, sala Allahu alayhi wa salam. Your husband may give you such freedoms but your duty is to Allah swt first and pleasing Allah is the Ultimate success. In this life and the hereafter, All the best to you and yours.
Waleykoum salaam, JazakAllah kheir for the advice sis and while I appreciate your perspective, my children need outdoor time and to do things outside of the home. It is unhealthy to keep them in the home 24/7, myself included. No one said anything about befriending random men, so I’m not sure why that assumption would be made at all.
Of course we should avoid free mixing and going to dubious places but as a mother or in general as a human you cannot be sat at home 24/7 and isolate yourself. Husbands are busy her husband won't sit by her side to hold her hands and every human should have at least one or two connections beyond that husband. A good neighbor or a good friend. Isolating yourself and only seeing your kids day in and out does really take a toll on a human and I am saying this as a single mother of two. And in morocco even taking the kids to the park will get you chatting as the people notice you as a foreigner. And that is beautiful I think. It doesn't mean that you have to be friends for life but having conversations with locals really helps and encourages our development I believe.
@@ZahraZahra-fx9qb Noone said to "isolate" yourself. You can go outside with FEMALE friends. And it should be practicing Muslimas who fear Allah and remind you of Allah azza wa jall. Allah subhana wa 'ta 'ala and His Messenger Sala Allahu Alayhi wa Salam are VERY clear in the bounderies of what is permissible and what is not, as far as male and female interractions. If they are non Mahram, than it is not permissible for you "conversate" with locals of male gender. to encourage "development.' Only out of absolute necessity, when your hsuband is not around. such as markets ect. that conversating should only be limited to the business at hand. Al Islam cannot be changed to suit ones opinions, or conveniences, to make more "modern" nor for any desires of this world. And Allah knows best.

Stop lying. I'm an shelh amazigh and we don't see ourselves as victims occupied by arabs. Our King is half arab half Amazigh. The two greatest Moroccan Dynasties that ruled over Spain are 100% Amazigh (Almoravids and Almohad). And Morocco was only occupied by foreign arab entity for 40 years (by the omeyyads in the 7th century). All the other dynasties are either Amazigh or mixed, like the crurent Alaouite dynasty. So yeah, stop projecting what you see in other countries onto Morocco.

Islam.is a perfect way of life. You as an atheist may like to live the life of a non muslim. In reality they (non muslim) commit suicide, have high depression and divorce rates, have morality issues that you can't imagine. To put it simply, they are unhappy. Muslims how er have hope foe the best life in the hear after. Our hope is far greater than what you see this life to be. Life has problems always for everyone. Rich or poor.
