Hi Coach kimmy, First, I would like to thank you for bringing us fabulous hair cutting techniques of beautiful styles that have seemed to be long forgotten. I'm not a stylist, just someone who desperately wished I could find myself a hair stylist who knows these old but truly beautiful techniques. I live in South Mississippi, and back in the early 90s, I had a wonderful hairdresser who cut just the way you do, but sadly, she passed away, and the search for a stylist continues to this day. Now that I'm in my 60s and dure to having to take medications for controlling blood pressure and diabetes as well as going through menopause my hair is so thin that you can see my scalp. I was wondering if the haircut you demonstrated would work for me. All the hairdressers I've tried want to do is a blunt cut with absolutely no style to it to where it just hangs flat similar to your mannequin head. They don't even know how to feather the hair anymore.I have an oval shape head. Can you recommend a style that would suit my very thin hair type? Thank you for bringing us beautiful styles and sharing your awesome talents. Dawn from Mississippi

      Hi Dawn from Mississippi! ❤️
Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment and for being a part of our community. I'm truly sorry to hear about your struggles in finding a stylist who understands the classic techniques you love. Given your description of having thin hair and an oval face shape, I would recommend trying a layered cut with soft feathering. This style can add volume and movement, making your hair appear fuller and more vibrant. It's important to find a stylist who understands how to work with your hair type and can tailor the cut to enhance your natural beauty. If you're open to it, you might want to bring a photo or even a video of the style you like to your next appointment to help communicate your vision. I hope this helps, and I'm here if you have any more questions or need further advice! 💇‍♀️ ❤️❤️
