Gusto does it all! I have a client that's completely on autopilot - everyone gets paid direct deposit seamlessly and we don't even have to go and "run" payroll....they are all salaried employees though.
I just received confirmation of my new LLC's S-Corp Status, effective January 1, 2020. Is there a way to report my salary on W-2 reports and withhold only the Fica/SS Tax on Paystubs, so I can pay all federal and state taxes from both salary and distributions together (through quarterly estimated tax payments, instead of trying to do them separately? Thanks in advance?
You can pay extra out of your W2 to essentially do what you are saying and overfund your tax account through your payroll tax withholding. Many Scorp owners do this. Just make sure you get a good recommendation/estimate from your CPA!
Le0, you can find their pricing here: gusto.com/product/pricing. It all depends on the number of employees you have and the level of extra support. One thing that I like about Gusto over other provider's fee structure is that the fee is PER MONTH not PER PAY CYCLE. Some other payroll providers will charge per pay cycle, so it can get very expensive if you run payroll every 2 weeks (which is common).
Joseph, I haven't had anything but good experiences so far with Gusto. Definitely do your research before selecting any company to handle your payroll!
@@msemmafw I haven't been able to find any evidence about the statement above. If you find something, let us know! I've had some errors in withholding before (like can happen with any service), and they correct quickly! Customer service has been great!
have you used QB Online's payroll service? if so, which one is better?
We prefer Gusto, it's super easy to use. They offer free trials if you're interested in checking it out. You can find it here: gusto.com/r/hannah4653
So it's a system that you maneuver on your own that shoes you what you owe your workers? Is there an option for gusto to do this for you ?

What about all the lawsuits Gusto has had for not paying the IRS taking your money and not paying taxes so you get billed twice.
