It is indeed a sheer loss to have lost a woman and mother of her caliber as these types are now far and in between. Though brother Malcolm's untimely death left her to virtually raise her girls alone, nonetheless, she stepped up to the plate. I salute her for that. Betty and Malcolm, indeed had a blue-print for HOW they wanted to raise their children. In similiar circumstance, my parents raised us in this manner and I, too, remain grateful and can never do enough to show this. Be it a one parent or two parent household, children are the clay being molded by the sculptor(s), the loving, guiding hands of a parent(s). Rest well, Mrs. Betty. You have defunitely earned your reward.
... There are so many events in history I wish I had the power to go back in time and change. The tragic deaths of Malcolm and Betty Shabazz are two of them.. I cannot stand how two great figures that were and STILL ARE so important to our community met horrible fates.. So friggin' unfair 🤦🏽♀️
Is it correct to say that our Aborigines at this prestigious and spiritual celebration were disappointingly non-responsive to the opening melodious African musical tribute that stems from our native land, as a result of regretful colonization by American oppressors? We love you, Dr. Shabazz, Malcolm X, and family ❤!!
Wise Diva I think it was a cry for help. He was sent to live with his grandmother because his mother wasn’t fit to take care of him. He didn’t try to kill her but he thought the fire would make Betty Shabazz send him back to his mother
