Yes, at most resorts and most restaurants that will work. We've been to a couple of resorts that will have 1 super nice restaurant that will have a more upscale dress code and require long sleeve button up shirts with slacks and dress shoes. Every night you see people turned away from these because they don't have the proper attire.
Depends on the resort & their specific dress code guidelines. Some resorts (Excellence Collection as an example) have become a little more flexible/lenient in what they allow. When in doubt men should pack a pair of linen pants just to be safe
It is vacation no many people don’t want to have to dress up especially when it so hot a humid, my husband was miserably hot, having to wear pants. Sorry it’s very inconvenient and with the cost of everything and luggage fee’s.
Don't shoot the messenger. I don't make the rules, I just inform. I feel folks would rather be informed and prepared about what to expect than to be surprised and angry when they get to the resort and the restaurants won't allow them in because they aren't dressed properly. I use some lightweight linen pants that are super comfortable and then immediately change after dinner into something more comfortable.
Learned a lot. Thank you
That’s great. We tried to be as thorough as possible. Thank you for tuning in!
Excellent content!
Thank you for the feedback
Sounds like a nice polo, docker pants and boat shoes should be fine.

Good
Do you think a clean pair of sport shoes are acceptable?
Absolutely. The primary part for men is to make sure you have a pair of pants & a polo. I usually have a pair of Hey Dudes or nice sneakers
Can i wear 3/4 pants ? for evening dinning ?
