U is for UNICORN POPCORN! Mmmm.. Watch me and my best friend Marianne mix together delicious ingredients to make the most awesome treat using a recipe from my SuzelleDIY Recipe Book- Unicorn Popcorn Lollies! And guess what, we also show you how to make matching Unicorn cups.. Theres it! A fun mixture of sweet and salty for a magical flavour sensation!

Ingredients:
Mini Marshmellows
Speckled Eggs (or other sweeties)
Edible Glitter
Food Colouring
Different colour Jelly Powder
Popcorn
Lolly sticks or straws
Start by salting your popcorn. Keep a couple of Marshmellows aside, and melt the rest. Sprinkle over some Jelly Powder, add a drop of food colouring and mix it all together!
Pour in your popcorn, add in mini Smarties, Speckled Eggs and left over marshmellows, and give it a mix! Grease your hands with a bit of butter and roll the popcorn into little balls.
Sprinkle on your sprinkles, pop in your lolly stick, and theres it!
