For it's length and much longer, this is the best inside layout for catamarans I have seen in modern ones. I lived on a Stratus12 for some time, and it had more cabins and less waste of space, than this and all of the other ones that really have stupid waste of space.

Nice that he wired it for both 110 and 220. Sounds like he was serious about making this rig seamless all over the world. I'm not a big Lagoon fan but this is a boat I would surely consider. PEACE OUT!

Wiley, you are fast topping my list of RUclips stars mate. This is a beautiful boat, most likely long since moved onto a new owner. Obviously the market fluctuates but how close in general do your CATs get to their list price? Keep up the videos, I’d love to buy one off you one day.

Wiley, love the videos, but please you have got to mention the headroom on these boats! I am 6’4” and after owning and touring a lot of boats there are many that I could never own. I don’t care about the cabins, but the headroom in the helm station, cockpit, and salon are critical. Thanks!

As you are aiming at the American market you should talk about the width of the openings and walkways. Not all are designed to accommodate the typical American ass.

This seems like a fantastic deal. How often do these types of "deals" come around? We'll start looking in a couple of years.

Michael Fayne + What worked for me was watching several different sailing channels. (20 to be exact) Be sure to read the comments because you'll actually learn more there then the sailing video. There are a ton of extremely smart sailors who also watch these channels and make comments. I actually started a Word document and have different categories for each subject. Next on the list is to go sailing to make sure you and your lovely wife really enjoy it. If not...then you only invested 6 months of your time..if so...you're off to the next step. This begs the question of how does one get to sail for the least amount of money. Go to www.meetup.com and type in your city, or a city close to the water, and the word "sailing." BINGO! Join all the groups and clubs you can. (most are FREE) and go learn how to sail on someone elses boat. (be sure to chip in for gas or other things as they are expensive to operate) Then I would go take sailing classes. One option is... ASA 101, 102 and 104. There may be better ones out there but if you're going to be a cap-i-tan and at all serious about this...it should be an accredited school. Also make sure to take a diesel motor class and some type of class on electrical jargon. Learn how to use a volt/ohm meter. As far as the do's and dont's on how to buy and learn from others mistakes... I would go here sailingbritican.com/ and buy Kim's boat guides. Well worth the money and super nice people. I've had several conversations with her. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Nice boat! I didn’t see anything in specs or video regarding batteries. Maybe I just missed it. What kind of batteries and how many please?

Wiley, your body language showed that you are abit nervy during the first few seconds of presentation. But you have done a good job presenting the boat thereafter.
    Cheers! Friend from Singapore

Do you see many cats with torqueedo or oceanvolt saildrives? It's too bad the owner didn't switch to electric instead of the Yanmars - they would have made good use if that generator.

Consider stop saying "I'm Sorry".... it is a negative. Either ignore your mistake or edit it out. Also the jump cuts are jarring because the camera was moving. Other than the rough presentation you have got it! Not a fan of the Lagoon's outward appearance with the cabin lines. Couldn't afford one anyway I fear.

Jesus this guy really likes to hear himself talk! Show the boat already and if anyone wants to hear you talk they can ask questions later! I made it about 2 minutes in before I had to write this comment then move on. I will be avoiding this Wiley Sharp "expert" in the future so I make sure he does not waste anymore of my time! I have been sailing and dealing with boats for 38 years now. lot longer then "Mr. know it all here"!

Bah... so what. Ideo syncratic behaviors are what makes the world go around. He's very knowledgeable, in my mind that gives him licence to ramble if he so chooses. It's the fact that he is real and is willing to drop his character armor that makes him genuine and therefore good at what he does.
