I am so proud of myself for showing up for 9 days in a row!! I am post menopausal and almost 49. I haven't felt well in my body for awhile. I can't wait to see how I feel by the end of the 28 days. I am really enjoying these workouts more than anything I've tried online. The music is calming and I feel a sense of accomplishment when finished. My favorite exercise today was the boxing exercise in a v squat at the end. Thank you so much for offering these workouts. :)

Great workout, thank you 🙏 I used the weighted vest as an addition to the dumbbell and it felt good. I`m using the vest for every standing up routine, it just gives me the feeling to have worked even harder 😆

But my legs were shaking and I bet you I'll feel it more tomorrow.. and those standing abs look easy sounds easy but those are actually really killer... But this was one of those fun ones.
