20 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell Strength Workout

  • Tap in with us for a 20 minute lower body dumbbell workout that will for sure fire up your legs! This workout is designed for moderate to heavy resistance so you'll want to use a pair of dumbbells that are heavy enough to challenge yourself with each movement. If you're looking to build strength, muscle, or overall endurance in your lower body, this workout will help you do just that. Also, feel free to do this for multiple rounds if you want to make this into a 40, or 60 minute workout! Be sure to let us know how your workout went in the comments! 🔥

    The holds were crazy tough. I've done a lot of different online workouts from various folks - this was one of the most difficult because of the long set of reps followed by the 15-second hold.

    Wow this waa short but intense complete lower body focus. Loved the added touch of the isometric hold just to add that extra burn to the work. Loved that there was unilateral work as well. Really feel that your programs are really designed to cater to all fitness levels. Thank you toya for sharing the weight ranges used. I did the entire workout with a 20lbs dumbells so i feel good. Please share where you get your outfits. Loved the colour on you. Thank you both for the continuous content and look forward to new workouts from you.

    I’m 18 and in college and trying to get fit. I worked out with weights a bit before I went to college so I have some experience. These workouts are really good for anyone who doesn’t want to use gym equipment (AKA me). I did your arm workout the other day in my apartment’s gym and my arms are still sore 2 days later. Can’t wait to do this one! I think I’m going to use a kettlebell for some of the workouts.

    This was so good! By the last exercise, I had sweat dripping off of me…lol. I used 18 LB dumbbells and a 20 LB kettlebell for the single weight exercises!

    I just wanted to get on here and say thank you both so much for your videos! They're straight forward and accomplishable. I've started working out aging but before when I would get started, I would just get so intimidated and just quit. These are gentle and really ease you in. I've actually started looking forward to working out and that wasn't a thing for me with other videos. These are also great for people like me who don't have it in their budget to get a personal trainer but just want to start somewhere. So again, Thank you so much!!!

    Great workout! I've been following y'all for a few months now and love your content. I'm older, so occasionally have to drop back but you make it so easy to stay aware of the workout plan that it is easy to jump back in. More dumbbells!

    After having 2 kids and not exercising as much as i use to, im pretty proud that I was able to maintain the 15 lbs dumbbells with Toya.
    Who cares if I can't feel my legs for the next 2 weeks right?
