Thanks, George I have been listening to your 11 Step and Prayer and meditation almost 9 years now Dailey. It is sometimes still hard to just let go when others hurt or betray me like you say everyone is coming for their state of consciousness, all I can do is pray for them and move on with my life and help and serve others. My purpose is to stay sober and carry the message, but it still hurts and makes me cry sometimes,
I’m going on 2 years. Shared it with many Rooms and lots of group mediations . Awesome stuff! Thx you

Who the hell changed the description of this meditation. It's definitely not George... And where's the morning meditation gone.. Lol
Enjoyed this. Just a suggestion -- what's the rush? Most of the instructions are hurried. Longer pauses would make for a deeper meditation. Otherwise, thank you. I'll share with my friends.

I am interested if this is AA approved and if you are speaking of the 11 step of AA? This is “press, radio and films” and also probably against traditions which is probably why you don’t use the actual name. Someone in our meeting tonight tried to say this was AA approved and unless you can confirm I think I was correct in stopping him, asking him to share it after the meeting which angered him
