You have to go to the original song. For example if you play as pico and play darnell it’ll ask which instrumental you want to play. Also works for bf vs pico erect remixes.
also, as an added bonus, whenever you complete a "mix" song, the instrumental becomes available for its original level, meaning you can practically play a pico mix with boyfriends vocals instead. this also applies to bfs mix on darnell :)

(best for the neon studios version to listen to the raw song on youtube over the mod as the mod has some awful added gun sounds that distract from the music)). my favorite so far is sky Pico-mix. please check some of them out.
