It's really great that you are showing the intermediate walk throughs that build up over a long time to accomplishing jump backs and jump throughs. Considering how many years, yes years, one spends in this intermediate step until the strength for true clearance comes, it is nice to see that incorporated in demonstrated vinyasa.
I just love your videos, Kino. Before I discovered you, I had such a hard time getting into yoga because I couldn't seem to quiet my mind and really embrace the spiritual element of the practice. Somehow your descriptions really help me relax, shut off, and embrace the movements of my body for half an hour. Love this!
This was an incredible video. I was very motivated to attempt this difficult asana. I didn't get anywhere near the full posture but it gives me something to work to. I will be coming back to this video often.
Today my sister came back talking about BodyRock gym in Lafayette, Louisiana. it is like a circuit and she was talking about how hard it was but bragging about doing the moves. I told her to come watch Kino, and this video is the one I had on. I have to pause Kino's videos some of them and take a break, especially the yoga wheel videos. She was watching it for a while, I asked her if she like it. At 17;44, she said, "oh yeah, that looks real easy" but she meant it sarcastically. like a joke.
Good morning, I love to look at your beginning yoga video's. However, I'm sometimes confused as to modification on how the pose looks when I am not able to do the full pose?
Hi Kino, I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for about 3 months now and I have now developed a wrist issues due to poor form I was wondering if you could give any tips to help with fixing this issue? I would love to continue practicing safely! Thanks in advance!
Hey kino I want to ask you for something It's my first time dining yoga and I didn't have the ability to do most of these poses !! How long does it take me to do them 😅😅
That’s true. Tittibhasana is an advanced pose. It’s not for beginners. If you’d like to join a beginner video series, I invite you to join my 30 days of yoga for complete beginners.
I absolutely can't get my head round the way to transition from Tittibasana to Bakasana. I can do both arm balances, and also I can jump back from Bakasana too. However, when I try to transition from Titibhasana to Bakasana, one leg at a time or both legs , doesn't really matter, my knees (legs) stay hooked on the outside of my triceps from where is impossible to jump back, if that makes sense? Or, somewhere through the transition to Bakasana my legs end up on the outside of my triceps' rather than lying on top of them. It's really annoying. What can I possibly do to remedy/change that?
