RULES EDIT: 14:15 not a rules error just a narration error its 9 damage total not 15- same result. 22:00 - Guard counts as a Shoot action so cannot be performed after a Custodes has already used the shoot action twice (with Peerless Warriors) as this is technically 3 shoot actions.
This configuration of khorne and nurgle daemons was my introduction to kill team a year ago, and i was painting 4 golden beefcakes up as i watched this. Great video! I was wincing every time the bloodletters' crits were nullified - they really rely on that!

And this is exactly why my mate who likes playing with custodes doesn't get to teach new people kill team, it really is like smashing s toddler with a pro boxer unless the other player knows EXACTLY what to do against custodes (this custodes player wasn't even playing the meanest that they can with them)
@@GFNGaming still he didn't do terrible, even with relatively bad rolls. But in Ittd terrain their fat 40mm bases give a LOT of options for shooting people and not being able to be shot back. I don't think the other player in this report figured out that trick yet :p
@@GundamReviver the ol' non reciprocal shooting, much easier ITD like. No he's quite narratively minded I think it's safe to say, custodes walks to the front of the doorway and holds back the tide style play 😄

Custodes are the worst. I took Legionaries against both Custodes and compendium Death Guard last weekend in a three player game, and it was a nightmare.
Sounds like a really fun match. The amount of plasma and heavy shooting in Legion is a really good matchup into Custodes, but the target saturation adding in Death Guard sounds terrifying.

ooooo tough questions now, having just won a big ITD tournament i suspect they'll never get their 4APL with into the dark going but on open play its perhaps an option. Its a tough one though. What do you think?
@@GFNGaming in interview with the winner. I caught him repeatedly saying that he barely made it alive from most engagements(as in won or draw). I would say they perhaps need not 4APL, but maybe an innate 4++. Thanks for the response!

Also can't charge through a closed hatchway. You can only open a hatchway during a normal move, not during a charge

I need to flesh out the models we have, get some Sisters of Silence in the mix
Adding sisters makes for some incredible cross play that is useful in close combat. Being able to dual activate is a ton of fun.
Played that really well to even get 3 kills is impressive

XD yeah he's a relativly new player in terms of games played, so he's not trying to get the most out of the team
