if you manage to remove the end tip cap, you can cut the cylinder body where the LED strip was broken, remove the 'dead' LED part of the strip and replace the end tip cap. Did it w\ a standard universal high quality Pixel blade (it wasn't easy bc I was clueless .. but I used a bunch of tools.. 1st- try to use bigger serrated pliers and a rag to avoid scoring \ scarring the end tip cap when you geip it and try to unscrew, some have threads and maybe it can 'break' the gluing if there's any of that at all)
@@EtherealAmbienceVR if I get sent one from aliexpress, then yes! But I’m cautious about companies that aren’t lightsaber companies 😖 I explained in my recent video. Thank you so much for watching!
Nice 👍 durability testing. As far as the glue on the connector goes, my bet is that it’s just hot glue and should be able to peel it away easy enough with the help of some tweezers. It would take minimal effort to rewire a new blade.
@@Localjadedealer literally working on one right now 🤓 it will be out tomorrow. But since you checked in I’ll give you a nice spoiler 🙂 my discount code at Nsabers is now 15% instead of 7% 🤯 I don’t know why they did that but I’m thankful and I very much appreciate you watching my videos. Thanks!
The overall design of that Homski neopixel seems specific to that lightsaber. From the speaker, to the battery, to the board, and wiring to the blade, the dimensions were very precise.
@@Haylion That's too bad because I actually like the simplistic design of the hilt. I would want to swap it from the weird wire plug pixel blade design that you show in the video.
@@joekori6998 I would go with the Nsabers then. The homsky is good for practice and fun to mess around with. But if I’m going to a convention or “show off”, I’m bringing one of my Nsabers. Up to you though 😖 but I think you’ll notice the shorter blade on the Homsky. Especially if you’re around other people with more “standard” blade lengths.
I actually thought about that video when I ordered this lightsaber. In the pictures it shows that the blade detaches. So I thought it could possibly be a baselit. But no this is a $45 neopixel with a wire connected removable blade. It’s nice though!
Hey I just got into sabers what are your thoughts on getting sabers from aliexpress/alibaba? If you have experience are there any reliable and quality vendors?
How big is the blade?
A little over 26” and 1” diameter
@joekori6998
Bro you need to leave a link in the description so people dont waster thier money buying the wrong saber lol. But nice review otherwise!

Thx 4 doing this review boss 🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@generaldistrust thanks for watching! My newest video, I talk about certain cautions I have about buying lightsabers from Amazon 😬
I got this saber a while back on amazon. Definitely recommend it. Its great for dueling. Could you some day review the aliexpress sabers?

Damn, that's really good for that price.
it seems to borrow some programming from what I have on my SNV4-Pro . .. 🤔
how old are you?🤣 I love it thx for doing the work
Make more videos G

Is the hilt compatible with other saber cores? I wasn't expecting the electronics to come out of the hilt like that.

I’m not sure if other cores would fit in the Homski hilt…

Would you say the blade length is good for adults who do care about having relatively longer blades?

@ not that I can find 😖
Do you know the exact inches bro? I can’t find the actual measurements everywhere😭

Just ordered this based off of the video and yeah I got sent baselit. Major Disappointment.

I’ve never ordered anything from those sites. I should try it 🤔
If you’re looking for affordable baselit lightsabers i suggest amazon/ebay
Im thinking of getting it. How heavy it is? Good for dueling? And does it have an app?
It’s very light but doesn’t feel cheap. 2nd question, I’m guessing you didn’t watch the full video. 3rd question, it doesn’t have an app.
It is really good for dueling it lasted around 3 times against a metal pole whilst he’s hitting it at full power
