I was very curious how you were going to get the tops of the bolster blocks in and then you skipped that part lol I usually put one side in completely the use the porta powerto compress the side I put in enough to get the other side in.
Very tough system good travel for off road.. all of our mixer trucks have them... terrible ride though but that comes with the territory with rubber block suspension.
Very weird looking and functioning suspension. It has a walking beam but instead of spring on top of that, it has "cushions" (I don't know the English term for those blue pieces). Very interesting. Must have an atrocious ride when empty.
Be extra careful with U J drive on the impact wrench one flue off on me and the socket hit me the eye taking me eyelid off lucky not my eye, they sewed it back on and kept me hospital of a week, it a dangerous job fixing trucks 🤬
when i did mine i scraped every knuckle on my hands ,

What type of impact do you use, and what is the torque spec on it? Love your videos!
Doesn't look like it holds up very well. Do you like that type of system?

Hendrickson calls those cushions bolsters. FYI those aren’t OEM they’re after market made by Atro
