@@ProxmoxVE first backup of 1.5TB takes ages instead i use Restic to backup my files to backblaze its blazing fast i dont need to create a backup of vm i can recreate a vm and restore everything using restic
Thanks for the informative video. Would it be possible for you to adapt the medium so that it is adapted, for example, via spider and html5 console? If you run the installer you won't get a picture anymore because the resolution doesn't match! thanks
Hello Thanks for the video. but I don't understand one thing at proxmox. Eg. if I create 10 VMs with ubuntu desktop on it, for 10 PCs located in another city. So how can the 10 desktop users use the VM Ubuntu Desktop then? Do the 10 desktop users have to log in to my Proxmox page with brwoser in order to use the VM ? Or do I have to install software on all 10 desktop PCs so that the 10 users can then use ubuntu ? Thank you
The backup feature integration is very impressive, especially with incremental block-level backups. Too bad you never showed backup restore in the video - can it be used as a sort of snapshotting/template mechanism?
Restore process does not change, same as it was before - so therefore the restore is not in this "whats new" video. If you have further questions, please join our community on forum.proxmox.com/ as we cannot give real support via youtube comments.
I'm sorry to be so blunt, but if you are having a hard time even installing Proxmox, you might not be the target audience for Proxmox... Maybe try virtual box.
