S 2/6 3201 Gauge 1 KM1 Modellbau - test drive shiny sheet metal series model

As part of the celebration of KM1 Modellbau's 20th anniversary on Oktober the 21st/22nd the first series model of the S 2/6 express train steam locomotive in a scale of 1 to 32 (gauge 1), which is expected to be available from the end of 2023, was presented in Lauingen. Seven different versions of this 66 cm long model made of brass were handcrafted. Here in the video you can see the model in its condition from 1906 for the traffic exhibition in Munich or on the occasion of the record trip in 1907 with a boiler in a shiny sheet metal design.
After I keep being asked in comments about the prices of the models - the S 2/6 from KM1 with NEM wheelsets has a list price of 3590 euros.
For reasons of transparency, I would like to point out that the accommodation and meals for this appointment were provided to me by the company KM1 Modellbau - but I paid for the journey myself and I am not receiving any fee for this report.

Ja, es kommen noch ein paar Videos ... Probefahrt Baureihe 59, Probefahrt Baureihe 50 ÜK, Dampftraktor-Mitfahrt auf dem E-Park-Gelände, Impressionen aus dem EXPOneum und vielleicht auch noch ein Blick in ein paar Arbeitsräume von KM1. Aber ich habe halt in den nächsten Tagen auch noch andere Arbeiten und Termine in meinem Kalender ... also bitte noch etwas Geduld.

Kenne die aus dem DB Museum. Die Front erinnert immer an eine Ritterrüstung finde ich.

Kein Problem, denn die Geschmäcker sind ja zum Glück sehr unterschiedlich und man muss nicht Loks schön finden.
