Yes, gloves are required these days. However, when the film was made (1976) it was not standard practice to wear gloves all the time.
Thanks for this demo.
But - Excuse me - at the minute 4:55 , there's an error in the impression , as the alginate on the tuberosity is too thin that the tray appeared from the impression , right ?
and, what about the torus palatinus at the end of median palatine raphe ( 1:28 ) ? is it going to be relieved or surgically removed ??
Please check it and inform.
hey what is tuberosity? and i am a person who is doing at home impressions on myself. trying to make my own dentures. And for someone like me not having education in this field or the modern equipment because again im doing this at home for my own dentures. What would you say is the best alginate for me to use as i have been having problems with the impression. Been filling the tray but there is always spots with no alginate. any advice?
I think there's a problem. The left arch's maxillary tuberosity is underfilled with alginate. Isn't that like, wrong?!
You stell life ?
No gloves technique is wild
it's crazy to think that probably both persons in this video are no longer alive
To all those saying "oh no gloves?" I must say "oh no brain? Or no eyes?"
Are you really dentists asking that question?! Do you NOT SEE the video is an old one? Did you not know they didn't use gloves then? 😒
I would never choose to be a dentist then
guys plz, can't you see that the video is from the old age? of course there is no gloves.
EEEEEEEeeeeeeew No Gloves:(
