    For those who can afford it, you might do a video on the two interior suburbs to Dallas, the Park Cities of Highland Park and University Park. As a student I lived in a garage apartment there. It has elegant living and a much shorter commute to downtown. Best of all (for me), it grew up without "master planning." I hate places where all the homes look almost identical.

    Sorry but I didn't watch your video as I have lived in north Texas for 40+ years so there is not much that you can tell me regarding the area. First of all welcome. Lots of good people in this part of the country. However your first test will be the Texas summer. Hopefully you will still have a positive outlook on the area come the fall this year. Take care.
