His old E gives vision and movespeed so even if you fail to kill your target or need to heal back up to re-engage you will have a harder time doing so since your W only gives u movespeed towards the enemy. There's also your most valuable ability which is turned to a skill shot. There's always a half chance you could miss due to random reasons but once you miss you just lost a 40% chance of winning that fight. So as a duelist you could easily get kited by people like Vayne or Ashe. if you miss your ult against those two, you basically lost. The old Warwick doesn't have this problem because his ult is point and click. They also killed his assassin build path and now he has to go tanky to survive. Feels bad.
