Agreed. The most insane combo I had was Refresh (Every 10s refresh Q/W/E cooldown) coupled with Eureka (Gain A.Haste equal to 25% of your AP) and Fully Automated (Your Auto-Augments scale with Ability Haste) and having all my abilities refresh every 2 sec on Morgana. My enemies did not have fun.

Nope thats just the Bronze brain speaking. You cant dodge after the projectile launches at that distance, you need to do a bit of predicting and declare your evasive move while Panth is channeling, which he did.
