My 86 IDI has two 17 gallons tanks. I drive using the trip meter. At 150 miles I switch tanks. I fill-up before it hits 300 miles. Always two gallons left in each tank.

Very interested in this group you speak of, how did you find it, how much to buy in, is it a one time cost, etc. You do not want to run a diesel out of fuel, you can score the fuel pump, very expensive. Plus tow bill too.

Thanks, man. I really appreciate those words 🙏. The grinder has made me about $2700 in jobs for customers so far and saved me about 3k in stumps at my house. I had lots of stumps to grind at my house, so that pushed me to buy it. I saw an opportunity and went for it 😂
