Are you using some sort of tracking gimbal? I'm not sure I've seen that outside of drone footage.
It is an Insta360 camera. You can reframe it to move where you want after shooting so it can track things if its on a tripod. It can also erase the stick if you hold one and look like it is flying with you. Pretty cool!
Aim that leaf blower up a little and you wont need an electric motor on your bike hahahah.
