As a hairdresser of about like a few years, I can share with you you, that you're not meant to use harsh hair shampoo on your hair. I've noticed hair lines of many folks, and I noticed that individuals who were using harsh shampoo cleansers typically had weak hair line. So I recommend only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and advise to use littleextrra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and promotes hair.
The shampoo, oil, hair conditioner from litllelextra cocconion is one of the best things I have ever used. It makes my hair smooth and shiny and reduces hair loss.
